Ahsni was very friendly and accommodating. She was doing the inventory check when we moved in and made us feel very welcome. Hand over for Follio property
I met Ashely at the my new apartment, he went through in detail the report and issues faced in the property, he also gave me professional advice on what to do if facing future issues.
My experience was very enjoyable and reassuring especially as this is my first time moving into an apartment in UK.
The aftercare has been amazing as Ashley has routinely checked on what is happening with the issues raised in his report.
I cannot recommend Ashley and the team more highly due to their outstanding professional handling of the hand over, detailed report and customer after care.
