Never buy a bike from the “I love bike” (c.Alhambra 8, Torrevieja) shop. About 1.5 years ago we bought a new electric bike for 2150:- Euro, it is still under warranty.
Two days ago we cycled home, it rained that evening
The next day I could not start the bike. In the shop the salesman said that the engine had gotten water!!! And that you should not cycle when it rains. (??)
Called the owner but he was not interested in helping either.
Here we are now with a bike that we have barely used (has been in Spain for about 2 months/year) that now does not work. We feel powerless and cheated.
The unwillingness to solve the problem, makes us most angry and the fact that they sell low quality products.
