Leaders - Clacton-On-Sea Opiniones 

So two weeks into the search for my in laws property and Leaders in Clacton have by far been the best agent but this is all down to the young lady Ruby who has been going above and beyond to help us. Nothing asked if her is too much, she is a credit to the company.

I recently purchased a property through Leaders Estate Agents, and I have to say the experience was fantastic. Rick, who handled the process, was extremely helpful, professional, and always on hand to answer any questions. His attention to detail made the whole transaction run smoothly.

Laura in the office was also great, providing excellent support and communication throughout the process. The entire team at Leaders went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Great service all around!

Received some great support after my chain collapsed..Laura spoke with me highlighting options available to me from the team at their office. Both Laura and Karl have been responsive friendly yet professional and the valuation was not rushed and time taken to understand my requirements. Laura has been consistent with her interventions and updates and great customer service and looking forward to selling my home with them

No complaints, Leaders did a good job in a situation made unnecessarily difficult by an incompetent solicitor acting for the vendors. The staff were helpful and there when I needed them.

Very poor. Not truthful and also have not taken down the advert after end of contract dates. Will not use again

The staff at clacton were outstanding at all times from the time we first put our property up for sale with them and always there if we needed help with paperwork what we found very grateful with all there support

I am very impressed with the professionalism of everyone I have spoken to at the Clacton branch, Staff have been very good at keeping me up to date at each stage with quick replies to any queries I have had.

Once I emailed them they responded very quickly, my house was on the market in less than a week

Would just like to say what an asset Rebecca Proctor at your Ckacton branch is to you. Such a pleasant and helpful young lady who made the process for us. She us both knowledgeable and professional in her approach. I don't know if she will get to see this, I just needed to say it.

The Lettings team at Clacton are fantastic! As a first time Landlord, their expertise has been invaluable when I was looking for my first buy to let property. They have helped me with rental prices and yields even with properties being sold with another Agent. The management services they offer are comprehensive, they are extremely compliant and well up-to-date with legislation, which is good for me as a new Landlord!
