Having been dealing with agents over the past 30 years of business, I can say it has been a pleasure dealing with Maddie. 100% efficiency and a pleasure to work with.

At the moment my experience is very bad as the tennant I paid them to find, has let s down, couldnt pay as he has universal credit which had changed his date. He eventually paid 5 days late and I can't get my payment fast tracked, all considered so as weekend looming I will be very hard up. As my husband died uexpectedly I was left with a mortage.

Our experience with Leaders has always been excellent, especially due to our lovely property manager Tierney! She is so friendly and always ensures that any issues we have are dealt with as soon as possible. I really appreciate that she always checks in after any work in the flat has been done to see if everything has run smoothly and has been sorted. She is everything you want and need from a property manager and I look forward to dealing with her in the future!

I have dealt with Megan for approximately 10 years, her professionalism and care is second to none and she has always been a pleasure to deal with.

Megan has always been on the other end of the phone when needed and always delivers for us as expected.

Megan is a credit to Leaders and the reason I used them for so long.

Maddie goes above and beyond to help us and our tenant. We are very grateful for all she does.

Our property manager is Tierney Sutton. She has a friendly and highly professional manner. She is very knowledgeable and has always been able to solve even the most difficult problems.

So after all the complaints about Leaders services, and all the promises and reassurance about doing better, what a valued customer I am, how they are so unhappy they have failed me on this "instance"... you guessed it, they have failed to pay the correct rent, again. Strangely enough, not feeling very valued or confident that they will get things right in the future. Will wait for the standard corporate apology on here and excuses why this has happened from the Worcester office.

My star rating is really directed to the Worcester staff, more specifically Lewis, Jenna and Sophie. Recently Lewis has been so helpful, he has gone the extra mile in both his time and his fast responses to issues that have arisen. I am both grateful and appreciative of the work he has put in and happy to recommend.

Lewis Langdell has always been very helpful, he is always polite and does what he says he will do. We have been tenants for 10 years, recently giving our notice the checking out process has been easy.
