Order LO211036D2C > White Primed Door Lining Set (120311) very low quality product. We hired professional installer to fit the door with the door lining. It broke easily and we have to look for replacement else where. The carpenter/installer do not recommend this door lining set at all.

We started the return process but it doesn’t look easy. Shared all pictures evidence with Leader Online. Probably it was intentional so Leader Online is hoping that we don’t return the low quality item.

Excellent Service - the delivery guy was also very helpful and went above and beyond.

Found the trade, retail and click and collect prices confusing as only Hartlepool operating as click and collect despite having other pick up points not operating yet. Product good and price fair but took too long to sort out and 48 hour delivery charge reimbursed after lorry forgot to load it and took 4 days to arrive

Excellence service, Excellent value for money

Products are good quality and competitively priced - however, delivery is poor. Website states products will arrive in X days. After said days, call CS only to be told they haven’t been shipped yet because they’re out of stock. Unreliable, expensive delivery which means unless we can handle unforeseen delays, we go elsewhere.

Took 6 weeks to come. Then the door was damaged and badly finished. I will be making a direct complaint.

Complain about two separate orders with Leader Trade, both of which have caused significant disruption and financial loss to my business.

**Order 1: (Most Recent Order)**
I paid for express 48-hour delivery, which was the only delivery option available at the time of ordering, despite the stated delivery date being almost two weeks in the future. That delivery date has now passed, and I have received no update whatsoever regarding the status or location of the doors.
As a direct result of this lack of communication and delay, the doors have now caused further delays to another job.

**Order 2: **
The laminate flooring supplied under this order was faulty straight out of the box, which I documented and provided photographic evidence for. Despite this, the cost of the faulty pack has been deducted from my refund, which is unacceptable.
In addition, this order was also delayed, resulting in significant additional costs and disruption to the job I was working on at the time.

I've been a carpenter joiner for 35 years and leaders are the best company for quality doors at great prices wilk not use anybody else keep the good word up

Quick delivery and great quality items

I ordered the doors on line, changed the order ( for an additional door) and paid it, the doors were delivered on the date confirmed and were well protected.
I would recommend this supplier for the quality also and the value of the doors compared with similar doors from other suppliers.
communication was very straight forward also.

Price is expensive not good quality

Ordered 10 internal 4 panel shaker style doors, delivered with excellent communication in good time on chosen day using dedicated courier.
Have used leader trade in the past and will do in future.
Only reason for 4 stars is that 2 of the doors (762mm)
were in different packaging and of a slightly lower quality finish than the others. (Primer not applied nice, and machining imperfections on face of doors)
Overall great company to deal with and huge range of products.

10 doors ordered with furniture. Originally a pre order as waiting for stock, but actually came 2 weeks early with great communication. Doors were packaged perfectly, hanging them for a happy customer today.
