John is phenomenal at what he does. He spoke to me for just over an hour on my character type and helped me analyse it to my advantage for a job interview the next day. John is a natural motivator and is infectiously engaging. Instead of telling me what I should be thinking he seemed able to guide me into what I wanted so it appeared that I had discovered it, I guess he would argue that I did but I needed that help. His knowledge is incredible and he would be a boon pal to have in a sticky situation. If you think you need someone to help you pick apart your own thoughts or help you hone your decision making John will be that man.

What I love about John's approach is the fact I leave every session feeling clearer in my thinking, clearer in the approach I want to tackle a challenge and a ton of ideas for the future.
