Tested the 30 day refund on one of their EAs. I bought the lifetime license, ran it on demo for two weeks, decided the trading style didn't match mine.. Emailed for refund on day 18. Got reply same day, refund processed via PayPal next business day. No pressure to keep the product, no offer to switch to a different EA, just clean refund.

Email support replied within a day, clear answer and no template response.

17 pairs in the watchlist, pre build settings in the file and no tuning needed.

Customer service is mainly through email. Replies usually came within few hours (sometimes withing 1D) in my experience. I am a client since this year. Not instant chat support but the answers tend to be substantive when they arrive.

Trust matters a lot to me and they earned it with their transparency and quick replies. Every email I sent even basic questions got a polite response within a day. the EA has been stable with no strange behavior or glitches. Having a real support team behind the product makes the experience much more comfortable.

Gold miner and Arbitron work without issues. Support provided full info about settings.

gold breaker that's a really good ea for gold trading. After my test period the result match closely with what i see on myfxbook (leapfx stats due that ea).

I've now run 3 seperate LeapFX bots:
Money Tree
King Robot
Gold Miner

I used their own proffessional team FXInstall to set the bots up for me to make sure everything's done properly.

I paid $1k to $1.5k for each bot and put $2k into each bot.

All 3 bots have gone to $0

So I've lost almost $10k from using their bots whilst LeapFX made $4k out of me in the process.

The only winners here are LeapFX. I won't be back :-(

by the next morning the issue was already fixed, faster than I expected.

I use a leapfx EA on a VPS and uptime has been flawless. No MT4 crashes or slowdowns at all. Even during strong market volatility everything keeps running smoothly.

As an experienced trader I was skeptical, but after testing their EA on demo and then live, I'm pleasantly surprised.
The strategy lines up with my own analysis often, which is impressive. Not a miracle solution, but great extra income without staring at charts all day.

I've went for Pump Trader because of the strong stats on Myfxbook.
after two months the EA has been performing very well, so I'm planning to try another one from their lineup.

When I got confused with some trading terms, support step in and explained the things. It wasn't even their responsibility to teach but they still helped which improve my whole experience.

I expected just basic email replies, but when I was stuck they offered to jump on Telegram for a short chat.
that 15 minute chat solved everything didn't expect a company selling EAs to go that far for one user.

I like that leapfx really stresses proper risk settings.
I started with conservative parameters and target trader has grown my account steadily with very small drawdowns. It is tempting to increase a lots but I am following their guidance. Support always helps when I asked about optimizations.

Best EA I have used so far... performs really well.
