It was informative, smooth, engaging, and enjoyable. I like that I was given access to the CPD course sooner than expected. I felt it was taught at the right level and with sufficient depth. It was well-written and easy to understand.

Very interesting course with lots of facts and figures that are very helpful in your day to day basis. Well thought out and presented.

Wrong name in certificate and said it can't be changed

The course was supposed to be about dogs but an awfully large amount was other animals including fish and reptiles. This was unnecessary and I failed the course as I didn’t know the optimum water ph numbers for tropical fish.

This wasn't the course advertised/expected!! Complete waste of money. Emailed to try to get a refund but no one has even bothered to reply!! Very poor customer service!!

Continually unable to access the learning portal - intermittently saying email not recognised. Customer service just advising there has been problems they are trying to resolve but happening too often. This isn’t a convenient or flexible way of learning at all.

Login doesn't recognise my password. When I reset it via the link and go back to login it still doesn't. Support ticket open for a number of days. I'd like a refund please.

Excellent and very educative

I was able to access the system easily. I found the training quite educative. I believe the there should be a competence form for those who may wish to access private facility.

Easy and stress free. Allows the learner to understand and internalise at their own speed. Would recommend, excellent value for money for those that prefer to learn by reading.
