We've been a customer of Learningpool for 4 years - initially for their LMS and for the last 18 months for the LXP (Stream) and also some off the shelf eLearning content. Whilst there are many great learning content systems available, what differentiates Learningpool from other similar organisations is their attention to customer service. Generally, the people at Learningpool are as passionate in helping me use their tools to achieve my goals, as I am!

Amazing day - fantastic venue, LP staff friendly & helpful, awesome catering options, good key-note speakers

From the start, Learning Pool has been great to work with in getting our LMS system up and running. The project team dedicated to our company was thorough with their implementation plan, offered assistance every step of the way, and support has been available post-implementation. The tool is easy to use, even for someone new to the LMS world like me. Their training on the tool is terrific, highly recommend using Learning Pool as your LMS solution!

Having worked with Learning Pool for nearly 5 years, I have seen the business and what they are able to offer clients evolve many times throughout this period. They are always looking at new ways to expand and improve system capabilities to support ever changing learning environments and today's flexible ways of working.
Our own journey with our eLearning platform has also evolved from providing a way to reach learners and ensure all legal training is completed on time, to now including various development courses and specific subject learning hubs. Not to mention our Onboarding Programmes, Development Programmes all now being on the platform and a blended learning experience. All of these have ensured an increase in engagement, retention of knowledge and completion rates.
The LMS system we use has also enabled us to manage our development programmes and course bookings, and ensures all required content is available and accessible with ease for our learners via the system seminars function. Minimising admin and resources.
Adapt as an authorising tool is easy to use and there is plenty of online support and how-to courses available in the Learning Pool Academy.

Finally, the team at Learning Pool have to get a mention. The company values are clear when you meet anyone in the team, either on a 1-2-1 basis or at one of the events Learning Pool Host. Learning Pool Live is an event not to be missed, so many reasons to attend.
Also, the support and customer service teams are always extremely patient and do their best to resolve any issues or offer guidance.
I genuinely believe whatever a business is looking for in an LMS and Authoring Tool, Learning Pool can work with you to provide. Not only now but in the future.

We have used several different LMS providers now - Learning Pool is by far the best. The are always looking to improve, super helpful service desk, amazing platform and functionality.

Good platform with lots of flexibility but under-invested in. They have a range of products, but we use the LMS which doesn't seem to be getting updated as much as things like the LXP.

And some annoying sticking points where there's a lot of potential (in Adapt or the LMS) but it just doesn't follow through. Sounds great on paper but in practice it's just missing the full journey to get a feature to actually be useable.

But overall good value for money, just needs a lot of work arounds and time on your side to get to the outcome you want. Still better than other LMS options though due to the flexibility and range of features.

The Learning Pool Live 2022 event was brilliant and useful in providing further information and insight on the use of their LMS system. The breakout rooms were a great add on and thought provoking speakers on the day. Overall brilliant system.

I appreciated the conference we attended recently as it offered various talks on thought provoking topics which made me stop and think.
Constructively, I found 1 of the sessions (customer story?) had little impact and ion comparison to the rest of the day i felt this stood out.

Overall, it was a positive experience. Everyone at LP was helpful, friendly and enthusiastic which made for a really positive experience.

Learning Pool provides a fantastic suite of tools that are easy to get started with and complex enough to really take your learning offer to the next level. With unrivalled data and insight, they allow you to make the correct choices for your learners and support them in reaching competency faster than before.

The team are always working hard to improve and develop the tools and I am excited to see how this will shape in the years to come.

I can't praise Learning Pool enough. From the start of my interaction with them, i.e., from RFT to the successful implementation of our learning management system. They have been great. Always very attentive to my needs. Offered practical solutions and was always on hand to answer my queries. They were also so patient with constant demands. Nothing was too much trouble. Their customer service is world-class.

My colleague and I went to Learning Pool Live on 13th Oct 2022 in London. We are searching for a new LMS and wanted to get a taster. The speakers and break-out sessions were engaging and informative - it was clear that all the Learning Pool staff loved what they do. This came over whenever we had contact with them.
In the afternoon we had a one to one demo with various system engineers and designers and they could not have been more thorough and patient. And they followed up with our queries and further information after the event. Hoping we have Learning Pool as our LMS and learning provider as they deserve it!

Learning Pool Live was a well organised and useful experience to attend.

This is my third LP event and I always come away inspired and motivated! this year was no exception. Jez Rose - what a host :) I highly recommend his book 'Flip the Switch'.
The venue is next level, and the silent break-out rooms are such a great idea to squeeze more content and value into your day!

I went to a day run by Learning Pool to connect with other L&D people and find out more about their product. It was a good day and the venue was amazing.

The Learning Pool Business Development Team have been nothing but supportive, encouraging and brimming with knowledge and expertise. Having worked with them before, I can't wait to start a new journey with them, using their Stream platform.

This was a really brilliant opportunity for us to all get together and be part of the Learning Pool family. It was so important by to hear where we are going, it’s an exciting time for all of us working with Learning Pool.
