Top tier customer service!
I placed an order through learning space for some sensory toys for my daughter, the ordering process was easy and I found everything I wanted within my price range. I was updated every step of the way with my order until unfortunately my parcel was left outside my front door by the courier service and it was taken whilst I was out. From then on I can not fault Learning space customer service as they talked me through how to log it, they checked stock and arranged with myself replacement items which weren't in stock and then they reshipped it as soon as they had processed the order and they even managed to get it to me 3 days before Christmas! The customer service is top tier and I can't thank them enough for the help they provided throughout the whole process. My order is fantastic and the quality is great. I would highly recommend ordering from them.

Great customer service
We received a box which had been damaged in transit. The customer service was exceptional - speedy, courteous and very helpful. A new box was ordered immediately with no fuss. I highly recommend this company.

Lorraine rescued us! Amazing help.
We had a few issues at the start with logistics between warehouses, communication and staff problems. Lorraine gave us a phone call and cleared everything up, which we sincerely appreciated. She even managed to deliver the item herself which was a massive deal for us. Thank you very, very much. Our wee one loves her toy. Superb customer care.

Absolutely fantastic communication throughout the order process. Got in touch a few weeks later as we had a small issue with one item, and a more general query. Customer service was amazing, quick replies, problems solved quickly and easily. I will definitely be using again and recommending them.

Fantastic training
We had Andy deliver some training to our teaching and support staff in Integrated College Glengormley and he was nothing short of fantastic. He was very easy to listen to and spoke from the heart. It was by far the best training we have received as it particularly made us understand the specific challenges that neurodiverse individuals experience on a daily basis. He spoke from the heart and his style of delivery was so refreshing. We all found the session informative and engaging. I would highly recommend Andy!

I had a fabulous training experience with Andy from Learning Space today. He visited our school and provided information that was was valuable, insightful and relatable. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service received today by Cormac.
I was having some issues with placing my order so messaged through to help desk and was very swiftly assisted and got my order placed for me, completely stress free.

Outstanding service from agent.
We was awarded £200 to spend on learning space via family fund due to my son having ASD. When I was browsing on the website there was so much selection it was overwhelming and I didn’t know where to begin especially because this is a huge amount of money and I wanted to make sure we was spending it on something my son would thrive using.
I called the number at the top left of the website and spoken to a lovely gentleman called Cormac. I told him roughly what I wanted or what I thought I wanted and he promised me an email full of links to products on learning space website that match what I’ve been saying I’m looking for.
When I tell you this man read my mind.. he did just that. He called me back and we went through the list of items and he managed to put together a fab bundle that was amazing value for the grant money.
