The L3 course has been a tremendously…
The Level 3 Interpreting course has been a tremendously fulfilling experience for me. The teacher's sharing of practical experiences was eye-opening, humbling yet motivating. The pre-exam practices I arranged for myself, together with the preparation process for the exam, were indeed challenging and enriching. I have shared my experience with a few friends and they have also enrolled in the course. I hope they find the course just as fruitful!

Great institution
I found Learn Q to be a very accommodating and flexible organization. The staff were very helpful and accessible whenever one needed support or assistance. The course I purchased was available to me online for almost two years (I could access it anytime I wanted and study at my own pace). All in all my experience with Learn Q has been fantastic and I would recommend them highly to anyone who is thinking about an interpreter course.

Very helpful and sincerely recommended
I have had overall a most positive experience with LearnQ. Very good material about the practicalities of interpreting, examples provided and, most importantly, the example of an actual exam. I do believe that the recorded webinars could skip participants interactions which may not be entirely relevant to a current learner.
The exam itself was very thorough, and so was the report provided. I am very grateful.
I also appreciated the fact that LearnQ was non-intrusive or pushy in any way. The platform is very easy to navigate and provides all that is necessary to study freely and at own pace.
I would very much recommend LearnQ.

Professional and supportive training experience
I had a great experience with LearnQ while completing my Level 3 Certificate in Community Interpreting. The team were always patient and supportive and whenever I had a question I received a clear answer within a day.
All the study materials were provided and easy to access from recorded sessions to exam guidance, topic explanations and video examples. This meant I never felt lost even if I could not attend a live session.
Overall LearnQ made the whole process smooth and encouraging. I would recommend them to anyone considering interpreting training.

Great online chat help
I've used LearnQ a number of times for additional learning for myself and my employees on courses not supported by my organisation. The courses are easily to follow and highly valuable.
Just today I needed assistance with reproducing a certificate and the online chat help sorted it out pretty much straight away. I think that's pretty rare these days and really appreciated.

Great course
I enrolled on the Level 3 Community Interpreter Course, I thoroughly enjoyed the 6-week course which took place online. I was able to study from home, interact with other students and the tutor was very engaging. I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested to be an interpreter.

Personal and Heartfelt
The course materials thoroughly cover the essential components of becoming a competent interpreter, from foundational principles to professional practices—excluding certification and final examination, which are pursued separately.
What truly sets this experience apart, however, is the way our tutor, Mr. Janbaz, delivered the lessons. A supportive and professional learning experience
I completed the Level 3 Certificate in Community Interpreting and had a very positive experience. The course was well-structured, and the whole team — tutors, admin staff, and the director — were supportive and professional throughout.
My result was reviewed internally and then verified externally by the awarding body, which gave me full confidence in the process.
Highly recommended for anyone aiming to become a qualified community interpreter.

Amazing Course
I highly recommend taking this course. I started my learning journey with LearnQ in September 2024 not knowing what to expect.I didn't realise how much you need to know in order to become a professional interpreter and to carry on your continual personal development journey.The live webinars with our tutor Ajup Janbaz were absolutely fantastic.His approach to teaching was very professional and engaging.I recommended joining them if you can, if not they are also available to watch later on.There are optional assignments to do but it would be best if you can do them as I found them helpful with my learning.Once the live webinars are over I took my time going over Rob's webinars as well as well as watching lots of medical TV series to practice my interpreting and note taking 😊.Don't rush if you don't feel ready to take your exam.Take your time preparing your glossary and gain a good understanding of medical terms.I took my test on the 4th of April ,two weeks later I received the results and I received my certificate today.

Great Course – Well-Structured, Informative, and Easy to Follow
I recently completed the Level 3 Community Interpreter course with Learn Q and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a career in interpreting. The course is comprehensive, covering all the key aspects of community interpreting, with a strong focus on the high professional standards required in the field.
Although I couldn’t attend the live webinars, I found the recordings extremely informative. The tutor was clearly very engaging and didn’t hesitate to challenge students to think critically and deepen their understanding. The glossaries provided throughout the course were also a great starting point for building up my own specialised vocabulary.
One of the highlights for me was the range of video resources dedicated to explaining the exam structure, the mark scheme, and revision strategies. These videos were invaluable and made me feel much more confident and well-prepared when it came to sitting the final assessments.
The Learn Q platform is easy to navigate, and their admin team is always quick to respond to queries, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Overall, this course gave me a solid foundation and the tools I needed to succeed. A fantastic learning experience!
