Lease For Life Housing Group is a specialist social lettings agency that works in partnership with private landlords and local authorities to provide secure, well-managed homes for hardworking families, key workers, and individuals in need of safe housing. We handle everything from tenant vetting and referencing to complete property management and guaranteed rent, making the letting process seamless, ethical, and profitable for landlords. We are currently working with landlords who are looking to sell their properties. While these homes are being marketed for sale, we offer excellent rental returns through our Temporary Accommodation (TA) model, which is based on direct agreements with local councils. These placements are not secured tenancies under the Housing Act, and we guarantee vacant possession within 28 days. This approach enables landlords to generate substantial rental income during the sales period, and many opt to continue with TA placements permanently due to the flexibility and financial benefits. Additionally, we operate a house-sharing platform for young professionals, delivered under a compliant House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) model. This provides much-needed affordable housing for key workers and essential staff, while offering landlords significantly higher returns. By managing every aspect of compliance and tenant care, we support communities in keeping vital workers housed locally and securely. As a single mother with a background in Law, I feel I can appreciate more than most the work put in by Lease for Life and Hammersmith & Fulham Council.Their collaboration was seamless in their efforts to find me my lovely garden flat in W6. I also would like to thank my new Landlord, who is a real gentleman and understands how important a home is to a family. Futhermore I really can't thank Lisa enough for all that she has done for me.

This is why it is important for Landlords who review us to see who our tenants and Landlords are. Some landlords may be concerned about renting to a single mother, but in reality, single mothers work harder and are more reliable because they have no choice but to be so for their children. They work hard, do great work, and are often the key workers we build our communities on. Some come from more privileged and financially stable backgrounds and simply need a steadying hand to get up, dust off and start again. We all come in different shapes and sizes, we are all equal, and we all deserve the opportunity of a stable and affordable home.

Thank you, Thomas; We really appreciate your review. Especially on the back of men's mental health awareness, so many men are ignored and unsupported, which significantly contributes to the decline of mental health issues. It is no surprise that homelessness and mental health are so closely linked.

Omar and the guys are amazing. You're in good hands with Lease for Life; they do important work, and while they cover the lower rental end of the rental market, they are a free service, so achieving a better rental overall. Definitely worth calling them!

Lease for life helped me to find a place to rent for me and my family when we were struggling to find anyone who would accept us with housing benefits. We always knew there would be challenges, but hearing multiple no’s so close to the time we needed to move out started to feel like we were in a hopeless situation. But then I spoke to Karen and Lisa who were kind, understanding and informative. They explained the process of renting with a situation like mine, and made me feel at ease. I am grateful for their patience and help. They did more than help us rent a home, they treated us with dignity and gave me hope. Thank you.

Lease for Life has helped me deal with a very difficult tenancy; I have had to deal with issues with rent and problems with contractors, and hard to reach Housing Officers. Lease for Life help and support to rectify these matters, whilst still ongoing, has been invaluable. I can't recommend their support/ service enough!
