I signed a contract for a phone system - no one told me it was for 7 years it’s been since 2021 and they say even though we don’t use the equipment anymore because it’s outdated and doesn’t work we have to pay £5000 plus to get out of the contract that I don’t have a copy of and have to pay them to send me a copy!!!!!!!! Do not enter into a contract with these people -

Do not deal with this company believe all the reviews its an absolute scam of a company.Once you've agreed to a payment then extras keep coming and all they say is its in your terms and conditions We dealt with these through B3 communications supply telephones with this and Paribas our phone bill is now triple what it used to be and we entered into this because we thought it would be cheaper. Staff that work here should be ashamed of themselves

I have to agree with everything John said in his review left after engaging with 4 Comm Telecoms. We too ended up having telephone equipment leased through BNP Paribas. Please ask who the leasing party are before engaging, our monthly cost are in excess of £1200 per month for 7 phones with a contract running to 2030 and this is just the leasing costs, add to this the monthly phone calls and broadband. The only way out is to pay a settlement figure of £65,000 to BNP Paribas. Stay well away.

Our business was introduced to BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions through 4Com, who presented what appeared to be a simple cost-saving telecoms upgrade. We were verbally assured that costs would be around £655 per month. Eighteen months later, we discovered we had been placed into an 84-month finance lease exceeding £86,000 — funding basic office telephony equipment.

At no point before signing were we informed that BNP Paribas would be the finance provider; their name appeared only after the paperwork was finalised. That absence of disclosure falls short of the transparency we would expect from a regulated finance company.

When challenged, BNP have maintained that any issues rest with 4Com, despite having approved and administered the finance. As an FCA-regulated firm, they are required to ensure financed agreements are fair, proportionate, and entered into with informed consent — standards we do not feel were met in our case.

We also queried the direct debit setup process and whether proper notice and authorisation were obtained, but BNP’s responses have not resolved those concerns.

In our experience, BNP have provided limited accountability for how these arrangements were sold. Businesses should exercise great caution and insist on seeing the full finance documentation before agreeing to any lease connected to 4Com or its affiliates.

Bij een leasing contract mbt een camera werden verschillende maandbedragen dubbel betaald. We schreven BNP Parisbas leasing solutions daarover aan en na verschillende maanden weg en weer daarover kwam eindelijk een bericht : "de terugbetaling wordt vandaag overgemaakt op uw rekening ..." 10 dagen later hebben we echter nog niks ontvangen en bij een vraag daarover komt plots een bericht : vragen worden niet meer beantwoordt via dit emailadres, online klantenzone inloggen was de boodschap. Dus we doen dat dan maar en vragen via de nieuwe geëigende weg opnieuw om opheldering en terugbetaling van de dubbel betaalde bedragen. Maar helaas, na een week nog altijd geen antwoord en geen terugbetaling. Het lijkt ons meer en meer dat deze BNP Parisbas Leasing solutions een malafide niets of niemand ontziende business is.
We gaan nu noodgedwongen over naar een volgende fase : openbare strijd tegen dit onrecht én klacht bij de bevoegde overheidsinstanties.

Horrible company, basically criminal activity. After 5 years paying lease and after paying a 9k balloon payment there was quiet for at least one year. Then they’ve asked me to pay annually £680. They also informed me that I can sell van and pay them %2 of selling profit. Sold my van for £10k which was honest price for the market and should pay them %2 - £200. Today received a letter and they wanted me to pay them £12.000. Need help. They have money, lawyers, debt collectors and others. I’m alone with no income for now and no light in the tunnel. People please, avoid them at all cost. It’s hard to believe that in UK, country that I naively believed honest people should be under honest law protection things like this are happening.

Je vous conseille de ne pas souscrire avec cette société...en cas de résiliation anticipée vous devez régler la totalité du contrat ..aucune négociation possible.impossible de les contacter par téléphone ..société imposée par viatelease que je déconseille également..un copieur à 1200 e m 'a couté en location environ 5000 € ! arnaque

Le service client (qui n'est pas un service pour le client) ne comprend rien et essaie toujours de vous compter des frais abusifs.
BNP Lease nous a été imposé par notre fournisseur de matériel et logiciel informatique..... un conseil, si vous pouvez faire autrement n'hésitez pas.
On ne peut jamais discuter avec eux et ils ne respectent même pas les termes du cobtrat.

Please avoid this company. Husband leased a van 2020. Had been told of friends that finance companies had been turning down applications for new vans. So he decided to wait before renewing for a new model. We then had a request for a large payment to be withdrawn from our bank account. My husband rang and discovered it was a balloon payment. We had zero communication to tell us this was happening. We rang them to tell them that we needed time to access the money to pay this. We then paid thinking that we then would own the van. Two weeks later we received a letter for an amount which then has to be paid yearly while my husband still has the van unless he sells it and then if he does he has to pay 5% on the sale. At no time was this explained to my husband. How disgusting. We have since learned it is in the very SMALL print of the contract. My argument is that mu husband should of been informed at the very beginning of this process verbally when agreeing to this agreement. Even when paying the balloon payment they never explained that after this we would be liable for a yearly one of payment. So we could of looked at different avenues to resolve this issue in OUR best interests. AVOID. Don,t know how this companies get a way with this. Not for much longer.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
They'd rob the sugar out of your tea with there front loaded finance they don't tell you about. I borrowed £25,000 and after paying nearly £5,000 off after 9 months they are saying I owe the nearly £29,000.

Horrific leasing agreement with an annual £1k pay-out after you bought the vehicle and a 5% fee of the value of the sale of the van (which you have already bought).

why did the PEOPLES FORD sales person not highlight this fraud/scam.

Les frais sont indécents . Pour un changement de RIB ils demandent 320€ HT . Si je faisais ça avec mes clients je serais en faillite depuis longtemps. Quels liens peut avoir un groupe pareil avec une banque sérieuse comme BNP...
De plus la menace tombe tout de suite, délais courts et envoi d'huissier. Méfiance !

Leasing printer bij BNP Paribas. Omwille van faillissement stopgezet. Kon niet. Eisen de betaling van alle toekomstige kwartaal bedragen, plus schadebedrag van 264 euro. In totaal 8765 euro.
Hebben dit aangevochten, maar elk argument werd van tafel geveegd. Dan toch maar afbetalingsregeling gevraagd. Na maanden eindelijk antwoord gekregen. Konden door het faillissement maar €150 per maand afbetalen. Was niet genoeg. Eisen minimum €200. Dan trouw elke maand betaalde van mei 2022 tot nu. Gisteren aangetekend schrijven gekregen van Eos aremas, een incassobureau. bnp Paribas heeft het contract aan hen overgedragen. Worden dagelijks interesten bijger.
Vandaag contact opgenomen met Bnp Paribas, ze hebben het contract ‘verkocht’ en komen daar niet meer op terug. Kan dit zomaar, zonder brief, uitleg vooraf. Elke maand trouw betaald. Smerige wanpraktijken noem ik dit. Nooit mee in zee gaan.

Awful company, told me there would be a 5% fee if I sell the vehicle when I recalled zero notification of doing this. Had I read every last word of the contract maybe I would have found it in the tiny print, but lets be honest, this kind of thing they should tell you BEFORE you sign anything.
If I pulled this kind of stunt with my customers I would be out of business pretty sharpish as I'd be pulling wool over their eyes. But because its a 'Finance Company' they can hide all these bear traps in fine print.
Its digsusting.
You try to do things the correct way, spending a little more to get a better service and further your business and get absolutely bent over a table when you are unable to keep up the payments due to sickness and try to honestly sell the vehicle and terminate the agreement (having already spent £16000 already, mind!!!

Waardeloze leasing van telecom installatie
we hebben met de "DE Slaapboetiek" via 2BE Connected uit Beveren een leasing afgesloten met BNP leasing.
Dit was een leasing van 60 x 200 euro= 12000 euro en een verzekering van 60 x 30 euro = 1800 euro
dit werd ons verkocht met onderhoudscontract, 60 maand belminuten en afkoop vorige leasing met Atlance. 1 bedrag/factuur voor alles.

vandaag hebben we een waardeloze leasing met restwaarde van nog 14073 euro te betalen, BNP geeft ons een juridisch correct antwoord, maar vergeet dat zij deze oplichtingpraktijk gefaciliteerd hebben. waarde van onze toestellen 453 euro
Bij deze wensen we de screening van Bnp alvast een goed bed toe, worden ze misschien wakker
