Ballarini Cookware Opiniones 

I bought this Ballarini pan expecting quality, given the price tag of around €80 (approx. 600 DKK), but it has been an absolute nightmare.
It is advertised as a non-stick pan, but absolutely everything burns and sticks to the surface. I haven't even owned it for 3 months, and it’s already completely useless.
I have followed all maintenance guidelines to the letter—always washed it gently by hand according to instructions and exclusively used wooden utensils. Despite proper care, the non-stick coating failed almost immediately. To make matters worse, they completely reject any warranty claim and refuse to take responsibility.
Save your money and stay far away from this brand. A complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.

I purchased a BALLARINI cookware set from Costco because I was told it was a high-quality brand and that the cookware came with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, my experience with BALLARINI’s warranty service has been very disappointing.

After I contacted BALLARINI about problems with the cookware and provided photos, their customer service responded that the condition appeared to be caused by “high heat and misuse” and said they would not replace the item. I disagree with that assessment because the cookware was used for normal household cooking.

What concerns me most is that a product promoted with a lifetime warranty can have a warranty claim denied so quickly by attributing the problem to misuse. I expected a premium cookware company to stand behind its products and provide better warranty support.

I purchased the set from Costco, and I plan to return the entire set there. I will also be sharing my experience and correspondence with Costco so they are aware of how this warranty claim was handled.

Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in the BALLARINI brand and would not purchase this cookware again or recommend it to my family and friends.

Ho comprato una batteria di pentole in alluminio. Belle e cuociono bene. MA... stasera stavo facendo bollire l'acqua per la pasta quando improvvisamente esplode il coperchio in vetro in mille pezzettini. Fortuna che inizialmente è rimasto insieme, ma come ho cercato di prenderlo per buttarlo si è smembrato. Pare che si siano semplicemente dimenticati di fare un buchino nel vetro come fanno tutti gli altri produttori di coperchi in vetro, perfino il diavolo (che di solito fa solo le pentole).

I am very disappointed with the quality of the frying pans. I have three, and two of them have defects in the center. They started to deteriorate after only a short time of use. Considering this is not a cheap product, this is unacceptable.

Don’t waste your money. Not intended for everyday use. We bought a pan set from Costco and within a year they’re scratched up and burnt??? They claim that they are safe to use with metal utensils but obviously not. I’ve never had a pan physically burn. Is no longer nonstick and just ruins the food.
