Postage to Northern Ireland is obscene. I tried to buy 5m of led strip and the Shipping was £24.14. As the strip weighs next to nothing and shipped by Royal Mail in a Jiffy bag would cost under £5, it would appear that the company does not want NI business or just taking the P.

This is the second time I've used this company and they have been excellent on both occasions.
Really friendly staff who helped me choose what was needed, quickly despatched and a failed driver was replaced without fuss.
Well deserved 5 stars!!

Great company, really helpful knowledge, helped me with my son's bedroom and also lighting for en-suite, will certainly be going back when I do my family bathroom lighting.

I purchased a kit for my new garage of the cob lighting. Came next day and when coming to install, I called to seek guidance on the controls, the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helped me get the system up and running. Thanks.

Couldn’t decide on the colour I wanted for my kitchen, gave em a call and they pointed me in the direction of adjustable whites, well happy with the results!

Been using this company for a lot of years now. Can't fault them one bit. There products and service is always 10/10.

Great service and great products. Recently had a new kitchen and didn’t know where to start. I was quickly guided to the products I needed and the lady I spoke to on the phone was more than helpful.

LED Lighthouse was selected as they had a good range of the lighting I was planning including rails as well as all the components needed for a full electrical setup. The cost was over £400 and needed quick delivery so a fist fix of the room could be done. I paid an extra £6.16 for priority next working day delivery with TNT.
The order got split into 2 and the key parts didn’t make it despite calls to them. The rest of the order arrived the next day, whilst not life critical, it was inconvenient and so asked for a refund of the extra postage. Whilst very polite, the answer was no way, as per their terms and conditions!
A couple of weeks later and the final install and found the LED controller was not working properly, I immediately informed them, and after a couple of corespondents was asked to send a video, I had to chase twice to get a further response and following a phone call agreed it was likely a faulty controller so I immediately sent back at a cost of £6.40.
They did check and confirm next day that it was the controller and sent back a replacement. The total time was over 2 weeks, further holding up my installation, and no offer to refund my postage to send back.
So in summary the kit is ok, but if things go wrong don’t expect good customer service however polite they are. I won’t be using them again, or recommend them.

Avoid at all costs! This company blatantly disregards the Consumer Contracts Regulations. They falsely claim that their terms override UK law, which is both misleading and unacceptable. They incorrectly state that the cooling-off period begins when the order is placed, allowing only 7 days for returns. However, under UK law for non-bespoke orders, the cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order, granting you 14 days to cancel. Once you've informed the seller of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Their selling practices are unethical and in clear violation of consumer rights. I strongly advise avoiding this company entirely.

UPDATE: After seeking advice from Citizens Advice Bureau and sending the company a formal email outlining their legal obligations, they reluctantly agreed to honour the return, as required by UK law. However, when I inquired about when they would update their website to reflect the correct legal information, their response was dismissive and they abruptly ended the call.

This response further demonstrates their disregard for consumer rights and a lack of accountability. It’s alarming that they continue to mislead customers by refusing to update their website, despite clear evidence of non-compliance. Proceed with extreme caution if you’re considering dealing with this company.

I bought a 2nd set of LED's and other bits and pieces in May 2021. They were out of stock of one item (there's a lot of this everywhere right now) but they emailed me promptly to say so and offered to ship in two intalments. I'm fine with that because they let me know. Like the first order it all turned up when they promised and works fine. Order 1184023.

Excellent service all round! I had no idea which LED strips I wanted and Oliver replied to my email promptly and with exactly the advice I needed. I ordered what he suggested, they were delivered quickly and very simple to install. The light from these strips is amazing. Thank you.

I wasn't sure what i needed for a project so i phoned them up, the guy told me exactly what i needed, took the order, and it arrived two days later. The products seem to be good quality and i couldn't be happier with the service.

Had no idea where to start. Had a quick chat to discuss my requirements was told exactly what was needed to achieve the effect I wanted. Received all items by courier next day delivery. There are lots of companies selling LEDs but if you are looking for a quality product and expert advise then I would definitely recommend LED lighthouse.
