I had an issue with two lamp driver units. One stopped working completely and the other unit just worked on green only, with no Bluetooth control.

I e-mailed the customer support team who sent me some instructions how to reset the units. Unfortunately, the units still didn’t work, so I e-mailed customer support back. They kindly said they would send two replacement units out.

The next day I had a delivery from UPS with two new units!

Had a problem with the plug unit connecting my LED Garden Lights. Called and discussed the issue. I was sent some instructions on how to reset the unit and if this failed let them know. The reset did not work and immediately I was sent a new plug unit. All tested and working. Cannot complain at the service provided. No quibble about replacing the part. Or charging delivery. Well pleased. 5 stars. 🌟

Contacted the manufacturer after having no luck with tlc. And they replaced the faulty part even though it was just out of warranty.
Amazing customer service.
Being an installer the service was exceptional and I have another satisfied customer.

Bought a set of these lights in 2021, all fine until I had switched off for an extended period, unable to connect Bluetooth when switched back on, contacted tlc who after a few backwards and forwards email diagnosed a fault with the led driver, even though out of warrenty new driver sent, recieved next day , problem sorted. Lights back up and running. Thankyou for a great service , would highly recommend 😀

Good customer service when we had a suspected faulty unit. The listened to our concerns, arranged a replacement next day and arranged return of the faulty item for testing.

Had a set of lights and controls had stopped working. Tried resets etc but once they didnt work a new control unit was sent out for next day delivery. Very good Customer Service and a pleasure to deal with them. Keep up the good work

I bought 2 sets of smart garden lights earlier this year which I was very pleased with. Unfortunately one set developed a fault but i contacted customer services who responded immediately and after a few questions it seemed like the driver/transformer was faulty. A new one was delivered the following day and everything working fine. Excellent customer service from TLC and in particular Tiberiu who dealt with my query.

Great to deal with. I was expecting to pay for replacement parts that had been lost. The parts are the metal bracket for the light housing. Easy to talk with and know exactly what I was referring to.
We have use these lights for 4/5 years now in a plating shop, very harsh area to fitting, and they have worked great.

Having experienced excellent customer service when I purchased WiFi Smart lamps earlier this year, I was happy to consider them again when I was looking to change my old lamps in the kitchen.

I discussed the prospective purchase with the guy from Technical. He was extremely helpful like last time and helped me with choosing the right product and then pairing the lamps.

Looking ahead, I'll be more than happy to consider Ledlite for future purchases. I recommend them highly.

Excellent experience with Ledlite.

I had a problem with the set up for a Ledlite product (LED Energy Saving Floodlight) and made contact with the Ledlite Technical Support Team via their email support.

They could not have been any more helpful and came back to me straight away with plenty of useful advice as to the proper wiring setup required.

This is now the fourth Ledlite item that I have purchased in three years and I have to say I am really impressed by the functionality and reliability of all the items I have purchased.

Also very pleased how well priced the Ledlite items are, in comparison to other items I have seen listed online.

I just replaced another LED Lite LT FCAD6BCCL Candle Bulb, again. They don't last for the 20,000 hours or the 2 years that they claim.
They fail by suddenly becoming very dim.
Unfortunately, I bought a box of these from TLC so I'll just have to work my way through them (shouldn't take too long!).
Suggestion to TLC - get a different supplier.
