really very worst and disappointing experience. Before taking the payment they were extremely polite and responsive, but after the fee was paid the communication slowed down dramatically. Replies take hours and sometimes you don’t get clear answers at all.

They also provide a shared mailing address instead of a proper unique business address, which feels misleading. On top of that, the whole process takes much longer than it should.

Overall, it feels like great service before payment and poor service afterward. I would not recommend this company if you expect timely communication and professional handling.

Very poor service they didn't answer the calls nor any messages . They are lazy and careless for customers.
