Despite good customer service from…
Despite good customer service from Marin and Olivia I have lost about £40 spent on postage / shipping as this company is based in the US. When purchased it advertised as UK! A stressful experience as I didn’t think I was going to get back any of my money and I had to gamble sending it back to receive my refund.
Although it was a nice dress that didn’t fit (uk/us sizes??) it was a troubling. And annoying experience. Buyer beware. I felt sorry for the staff trying to help me.

I had excellent customer service with phoenix. I was able to get a full refund bc I was returning a dress within 24 hours of purchasing it. She helped me through the process.

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.
I do NOT recommend doing business with them.
They procrastinate and delayed my return request through email, then tried to blame me by saying returns must be done within seven days. I escalated the issue and ended up getting completely ghosted.
Send me a DM if you want details. I’m happy to share my experience. Seriously — don’t do business with them.

Phoenix is really awesome, helped me with my order, I really appreciate it! I gave 4 stars, because I’m still waiting for my dress to arrive, I’m not sure if it’s going to come on time, I hope it will come by Feb 4th because I’m leaving the country by Feb 5. Thank you.
