Chris Lee came to service and add some upgrades to our boiler after our previous plumber retired. We’d tried numerous times to find a good and reliable replacement, but struggled to find one who would actually do the job. We eventually tried Check A Trade, but the first response we got was from someone who never confirmed a time with us. He also spent most of the phone call explaining all the potential added cost our job could rack up and the pitfalls of the upgrades we wanted to add.
Thankfully we tried Check A Trade once more and Chris got in touch. After some initial communication Chris offered us some dates for the work, a little earlier than I was ready for. So after I got things sorted my end Chris rescheduled. On the day he even turned up early and got stuck straight in. After the service was completed he started the additional work. It was all completed smoothly and we’re now left with a far more efficient boiler. The hot water seems to be hotter, quicker than before. The heating is also much quieter, almost to the point we think the pump has stopped.
Chris was super friendly whilst being a total professional throughout the job. We’ve complete confidence in his work and he’ll be back next year to re service the boiler. Have used these guys for a few years now and would highly recommend them. They remind me annually about the boiler and gas fire service, they always show up as agreed, have great customer service and an easy email invoicing process. All of them provide excellent service, they know their stuff, explain issues and never try to upsell you. They work hard to keep my 12 year old Ideal boiler up and running, and are a friendly bunch too - great work!

Chris does my annual boiler service. He is Worcester Bosch qualified so he knows exactly what he's doing and does it thoroughly. Changes parts, cleans other bits, even gets a vacuum on the job!

Chris Lee installed our new central heating boiler a couple of years ago and we were delighted with the professionalism and very high standard of work. Either Chris or Sam have returned to do additional work and service our boiler, as needed. Sam recently returned to fix a minor leak and when I offered to pay for the work I was told they didn't want to take a payment from me. I would recommend this company without reservation if you need any plumbing and heating works undertaken. They do a brilliant job for a fair price and leave the site clean and tidy on completion. They are polite and professional at all times and discuss all work, answer questions and generally make the experience of having workers in the house a pleasant and non-stressful experience. (I wish I could say the same for all the tradespeople we have had in the house recently!) Chris and Sam are second to none in terms of their knowledge, skills, commitment to completing work to a very high standard and delivering on every promise they make. I couldn't be more pleased by the quality of their work.

Five engineers I tried to get to fix my boiler, I ended up having to take it apart myself.

Then I found Chris Lee, he took one look at it and knew exactly what the fault was, he booked in the job, came back, repaired and serviced it.

This guy is very conscientious, respectful and hard working and I will definately recommend him. If cloning was possible he needs cloning desperately.

Friendly efficient proficient and left everything neat,tidy and working.

Lee’s plumbing and all staff are so professional, caring and thorough! You don’t get this type of service or haven’t for years. Honestly the customer service is remarkable. They say what they’re going to do and follow up etc. normal circumstances company answered the phone happily anymore which I can understand but Lee’s plumbing, I found brilliant morals loyalty and values!

As usual Chris arrived on time to do the annual boiler service. We have used the company many times before and they are always very knowledgable and efficient. Definitely a 5 star company and I will be using them again shortly to upgrade my radiators. They recently gave me advice on reducing my gas consumption but still staying warm!
