This company fills me with rage
This company is awful, I first contacted them well over 2 years ago, since then it has been a complete joke. Contacted about claims I never even made (one about Tesco and one about Barclays of which I never made), contacted saying I had decided to close my claim, which I never did. The communication with the company is some of the worst I've ever experienced and then to top it all off I had an email saying if I had had any contact with Natwest (who I was making the claim against) then I should let them know, I emailed back saying I had no communication with them, then 2 months later, another email saying my case was being closed as I hadn't provided any information. The whole time it felt like the company had no clue as to what they were doing.
Oh yeah I almost forget, I then had phone calls from the company every other day trying to get me to take out another claim against a different company as they could see from my records that I had a finance car with them.... I told them no and then asked about the original claim against Natwest, I was told they didnt know about that but would I like to continue you with this new claim, no I said and please stop contacting me about it, 2 days later, another phone call asking if I would like to make a new claim about a finance car i had.... this happened for about 3-4 months.
I've come to the stage now where I just want this company out of my life, they have been nothing but awful from start to finish.

Please do not use this company as they are a total RIP off. I had to do most of the leg work to get my case dealt with. They never kept me updated I had to constantly contact them. I would never use this company again.

Hi Leni - Very disappointed to have this 1 star review after we successfully completed a claim on your behalf. We operate on a strict No Win No Fee basis meaning our clients do not have to cover the cost of the claim and ONLY pay once a claim has been won. You were provided our terms of conditions detailing our fees before you signed up and instructed us to make the claim.
