Legal Vision worked for us on a business sale.
From the very start they were slick and responsive.
Communications were much faster than I have experienced with tradtional firms. It is clear they are leveraging technology to deliver a fast and effective client service. The pricing was excellent compared to other quotations suggesting the business model is a welcome market disrupter. When we had unexpected deadlines they were right with us taking a heavy load. The really important thing is that we had every confidence in the legal advice and capabilities . They delivered on everything promised and always on time.

As a start-up founder, this service has been essential, and the business model in particular is so founder-friendly (especially as a company that was until recently entirely bootstrapped). The way this company do business is appalling and disgraceful. Im actually beginning to wonder whether any of these reviews are real. I requested to cancel my membership due to my financial situation and my recent diagnosis. This company have ignored my request and
have requested I still be tied into a five years membership with them which would be over 30k payback. For the past three month they have without my permission or consent been trying to take money from my bank account. I have no money like I have already told them.

I joined my SME organisation in December 2025, a small Company with around 35 employees. I was employed to fulfill the HR function in a stand alone capacity, that had previously been outsourced. Upon my employment i was launched immediately into a grievance that subsequently went on for almost 8 months. In addition multiple other grievances as well as other ER issues were raised that all needed to be handled within strict time constraints.
