I recently picked up a pair of deerskin motorcycle gloves from Legendary USA, and honestly, they exceeded my expectations. The quality is immediately noticeable the moment you put them on. The leather is incredibly soft but still feels thick and substantial, which gives you confidence they’ll hold up over time. There was barely any break-in period; they were comfortable right out of the box and quickly molded to my hands.

I found the leather jacket and accessory selection here to be impressive. The customer service was also high point for me. The lady behind the counter was super helpful and friendly without being pushy, exactly what I look for. I'll be back for sure with some other members from my club.

A friend referred me to this place to get a vest . Awesome selection and the quality was pretty impressive. The owner took the time to show me the different styles and pointed out they even had vests made from Bison . All made in the USA too which sealed the deal . I'll definitely be back to grab a pair of gloves that caught my eye

I recently ordered the LowLife vest from Legendary USA, and the entire experience was top-tier. I was honestly surprised when it showed up at my door just two days later. The ordering process was completely seamless from. As for the vest itself, the leather quality is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Picked up a pair of deerskin gloves and a vest from Legendary USA and the quality is immediately noticeable. The leather is soft but still feels tough, not like the cheap stuff you see everywhere now. You can tell it’s made to actually be used, not just look good in photos.

Fit was spot on, and everything broke in quickly without losing shape. I’ve put some real miles on the gloves already and they just keep getting better the more I wear them.

Customer service was solid too—straightforward, no runaround, which is rare these days.

If you’re tired of wasting money on gear that falls apart, this is the kind of company you stick with.

Ships next day shipping took 16 days. Both shirts are too small, must be mismarked. One shirt has damage on it. Contacted customer service and they said contact manufacturer and stated they were in original packaging from manufacturer. This was a lie. No packaging, just folded into plastic shipping envelope. I requested a refund but was told all sales are final. Please beware this company. Look at all the bad reviews.

Beware - this company’s products are sub par and of inferior quality, and they won’t take a return or give you a refund.

I ordered a vest expecting bright white. What showed up is clearly ivory/cream, and it does not match white gloves or other gear. That difference was never disclosed.

The interior quality is poor for the price — sloppy finishing and rough materials that don’t reflect a premium, Made-in-USA product.

I was promised a replacement by Chris, then completely ghosted. I’ve checked all emails and spam. Weeks later, no response.

I also attempted to post this review on their website, but it appears only positive reviews are allowed to be published.

Supporting American-made doesn’t excuse bad QC, bad communication, or review filtering. Not worth the money. There are better shops with better quality at better prices. Save yours.

I ordered a jacket on 12/18/25. No response as to when it would be shipped, and since this was an item from Cockpit, I found that unusual. The prior purchases, from both Legendary and Cockpit produced immediate acknowledgments and tracking numbers within 24 hours. Numerous emails were sent along with phone calls, and no response. Finally got a call from Chris. I bought several other jackets from him in the past years with no issue. He told me the jacket was out of stock. He stated on 12/23/25 that production would start up 1/15/26 and I would have the jacket in two weeks. More calls, emails, and texts with no response. A friend was looking to purchase directly from Cockpit and was told they are backed up 8 to 10 weeks. When I told him I had ordered from Legendary he told me to check their feedback which was bad. I decided to follow up with Chris, and again, never heard back from him. Based upon my review of Trusted Pilot, many of the negative reviews, indicate this appears to be a pattern with Legendary, taking money, not delivering and not responding. How Cockpit allows the company to sell their product with their horrible customer service is beyond me. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company. I am going to contact Cockpit and file a complaint with them, is this is a direct reflection on the company. I suggest that in the future you buy directly from Cockpit. I bought several jackets directly from Cockpit and they are responsive and up front. Legendary knew they did not have the product, this was right before Christmas, and they should have had the decency to send an email. The items are not cheap and certainly worth the money. This has not been a pleasant experience to say the least, and I will never buy anything from them again.As indicated, I intend to follow with Cockpit and advise them of the experience as well as advise them to take a look at all of the negative reviews since this is a direct reflection on their company. If you notice, Legendary never responded to any of the negative feedbacks.

Placed an order 10 days ago. They do NOT produce their own jackets. They sell Cockpit USA jackets, which you can get directly from Cockpit USA. I spoke to Chris (owner), a few days ago and he said he would check with Cockpit USA and make sure the order was shipped. At this point it is total radio silence. This is not a serious company. Don’t waste your money.

I want to warn anyone considering working with or purchasing from LegendaryUSA. My approved affiliate commissions (over $400) have been pending since October 2025, and despite sending countless emails to their support team, sales team, and even “Chris Jacobs,” I have received absolutely no meaningful response.

The problem is not the amount of money — it’s the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. A legitimate brand should at least acknowledge messages and provide an update, yet all my attempts were ignored.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this brand, whether as an affiliate or a customer. Their silence and unwillingness to resolve a simple payout issue are deeply concerning.

I finally got my hands on the RAF sheepskin leather jacket I’ve always wanted, and it’s absolutely stunning. The quality is top-notch, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. The customer service was outstanding, and Chris really knows his stuff when it comes to leather jackets. If you’re looking for the best in quality and service, Legendary is the place to go! I genuinely can't understand how anyone could leave them a negative review unless they were a competitor, or were unreasonably upset over a minor issue. My experience with Legendary USA has been phenomenal from the start. Let me share a story that illustrates the authenticity and integrity of this business.

I spent a weekend searching for a motorcycle vest, preferably made and sourced in the USA. I found Legendary and started researching their mixed reviews. The negative reviews seemed overly dramatic and emotional. I value objective reviews, not emotional outbursts, so I decided to give them a try and placed a rush order.

After ordering, I kept browsing the website and decided I wanted to swap the vest for their newer Z style vest. I didn't want to wait for support to cancel and refund my order, but I had used a 15% off discount code that couldn't be used again.

I texted the order confirmation number and explained the situation and my intent to re-order, asking if it would be possible to get another code. Within an hour, CEO Chris texted me back late on a Sunday night with a new code, thanked me for choosing them, and assured me my order would be canceled and refunded promptly the next day. I was able to place another order with a discount code and get the order canceled all within an hour on a Sunday evening.

When the vest arrived, I emailed support about potentially exchanging for a size up, but also wanted to check the fit of another model. Within minutes, Chris texted me back with his phone number and invited me to call him to discuss sizing. We had a great conversation about everything from bikes and business to sizing, gloves, and his local American seamstresses.

How many business owners do you know who will go out of their way on the weekend to engage with their customers? Not only engage for sales, but also ask for opinions on potential product changes.

Chris and Legendary USA are genuinely interested in making the best possible product for the community. This doesn't seem to be solely a profit-driven business. I'm convinced Chris runs this as a passion project and loves being a part of the riding community. I'm a customer for life; there's nobody else I'll be ordering leather from. Support, commitment, service, and integrity like this are rare these days, rare enough to compel someone to write a long review to simply thank them for being genuine.
