The audiologist was really nice and…
The audiologist was really nice and very calming, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He ensured I always knew what he was doing and how he was going about different parts of the process. Definitely would recommend and 100% would go back.

Courtesy call backed up by first class service
I had a courtesy call from my audiologist that allowed me to make an appointment during pandemic lockdown Upon attending i was very impressed with safety measures ref. covid and the thorough full check up of my hearing aids also updating with a full test of my current hearing.
All together an excellent service . Thank you

Outstanding Customer Care
Back in early January I had an appointment for an eye test. Being unfamiliar with the town centre I was unable to find the shop and found myself buzzing on the door of Head Office. I explained to the gentleman with whom I was speaking to my situation and he immediately offered to walk me over to the shop. He needn’t have done this, but he took the time and trouble to make sure I got to my appointment in time.
Every subsequent interaction with Leightons and the team at Farnham has been absolutely first class. Their focus on customer care and making me feel valued means I have found my opticians for life. I highly recommend them.

Hearing Loss
Suffering from Hearing loss in my right ear, Leighton’s Audiologist Atish was quick to identify the issue and carried out micro suction to clear the blockage, throughout the treatment he explained what he was doing and resolved the problem
