Excellent results
Having had an excellent experience with a tricky contact lens fitting and now recently got a great pair of Photochromic specs which I am very pleased with. Excellent service all round and highly recommended.

Been my opticians for last 3 yrs…
Been my opticians for last 3 yrs following problems with an online prescriber who could not get the lens balance correct. Leightons do a great job of working with me to get the lens right and a frame that fits which I very much appreciate. I do find the glasses are expensive but this correlates to the complexity of the lens I have I guess. A very helpful team in Poole.

Leightons knocks the opposition for six!
Positioned conveniently on the High Street in Poole near parking & all the shops. The premises are very light & the staff welcoming. They have the latest equipment & the extra medical tests are worth the extra cost. We were seen by young Ms. Bushra Suleiman who immediately put us at ease with her very pleasant manner. The way she conducted the eye tests was professional, explaining everything clearly through out.

I went for my 6-year-old daughter. This was the second check-up. We had all the necessary information, and every detail was explained to us. The staff is friendly and well-equipped. I also went three times for my son, and I was very satisfied. The glasses we bought from there are of high quality and have sturdy frames, which is very important for my children. Very satisfied with the service and patience to find the right lenses suitable for my eye condition. It was a complex process of trying several different lenses and fits before Keith was happy getting the best vision and fit for my scleral contact lenses. Keith is a true perfectionist and will always strive to get the best result.

Terrible experience
I recently saw Optemetist Bushra Suleiman for my contact lens check and eye test. After testing my sight with my contact lenses in, she made no attempt to hide her shock in the change of prescription, no reassurance or change to the prescription to improve my vision wearing my lenses. It seemed the whole process was a bore to her. I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction and received no response. She completed my eye test and handed me the prescription for that. Very unprofessional, awful customer service. I'll be changing opticians after many, many years of being with Leightons.

We take all our patient feedback very seriously and would like the chance to investigate this matter further. The area manager for the branch will be in contact with you in the coming days to discuss your experience.
I highly recommend Sandra to do your ear wax removal
Sandra did my ear wax removal, she was extremely professional and friendly. She used microsuction and irrigation to get the ear wax out - which was a crazy amount of builtup over 10 years!
The procedure was also painless, and she was such a friendly person to talk to throughout the whole appointment. I will definitely be coming back for future appointments with her.
