Can’t thank Leightons enough for their support and expertise. I was called in for an emergency appointment within hours after concerns I raised when booking a routine eye test. Fortunately I was fine but felt very well cared for. Then had a really enjoyable time being assisted with choosing specs. Learned so much about all the options and branch manager very generous with her time.

I purchased new glasses at this branch. I was helped in my choice of frames by the very helpful and cheerful Suzanne. I was guided in my choice of lenses for my varifocal glasses by Julie, who was very knowledgeable and explained all the options available. The store is modern with helpful and efficient staff.

This company cares about their customers. I have visited at least 7 times in the past year and both the customer and professional care are absolutely fantastic. Today I went to pick up sunglasses, just a 5 minute job, but still made to feel welcome and that my custom was important. Very rare nowadays sadly. 100 stars.

I had an ear moulds appointment today with Sandra. She was absolutely brilliant. Very smiley, chatty and did my ear moulds with 0 pain (have had some awful experiences). Clearly very talented at her job. Thank you!

Leightons have been looking after my eye care needs for 20+ years, previously at branches in Egham & Cobham and for the past 10-15 yrs at Leightons Sutton. As I have Advanced Glaucoma and under hospital care, it is even more imperative for me to have skilled, reliable & dependable eye care and support.

At Leightons Sutton I am always treated to a very professional, friendly, welcoming experience, right from the thorough scans & eye examination, eye test, care and guidance from the Optometrist (Ghazal), the technical skills, experience & guidance of Dispensing Optician (Julie) to advise on best options and fit for lens types & frames, assistance from all the staff in store and the very friendly & helpful team at reception.

The store is very well located (next to Sutton station) spacious, well laid out, have high tech medical devices for full eye health exam & care and have a very good selection of quality frames to suit all styles & budgets. The monthly MyLeightons care plan is excellent value for money and ensures total peace of mind for one's general eye care requirements. .

Yes, we are bombarded by advertisements from other big mainstream retail chain opticians/franchises & on-line services offering all sorts of gimmicks & incentives but if one is looking for a more professional, personalised & thorough opticians practice then Leightons (Sutton) will offer that excellent level of service, care & peace of mind.

I had developed a problem with my right eye was immediately given a appointment on the day. Seen promptly on arrival, all eye tests carried out and results communicated.
A very friendly and professional company which is why I have been a customer for over fifteen years.

They were helpful & professional inc. giving option to apply for vouchers on NHS.

Received Excellent Customer Service today - the arm of my glasses broke, thought they'd send them off for weeks, despite having a spare pair. Turned out to repair them would be a similar price to new frames, so had the issue taken care of/resolved, there and then - very quickly & efficiently! Don't know the name of the staff member who served me but she wore some lovely retro cat-eye glasses which I remarked upon. She was extremely helpful and courteous - as was the lady at Reception. I'll return in February all being well, for my annual eye appointment.

2nd time visit ( two years)to Leightons Sutton, absolutely well looked after by team and indeed Carrie who dealt with ear issue - now resolved .
Good value , nice people and as when issue again I will be a retuning customer .

She made me fill very comfortable explaining everything as she went ,
Also showed me before and after pictures of my ear showing that the wax had gone

At Sutton branch

Had been recommended to have a Full Hearing Assessment which tbh I was quite apprehensive about.
However it turned out to be a very positive experience thanks primarily to Janos the Audiologist. He carefully explained the purpose of the tests, how they would be conducted and then shared the results in an easy to understand format. His patient facing skills are excellent.

The NHS optician in Sutton Leighton is not helpful during my visit. My child did an eye test a month ago in another country, the optician said NHS will reject to do anything test if you have the eye test a month ago, it count as over world. I think it is impossible, I asked him could I give the receipt to NHS for claims he said no. I asked him name and finally he checked. How ridiculous.

CARRIE did my procedure of ear wax removal and hearing test. I am impressed by the warmth and attention to detail of my audiologist. She is very professional and competent. She explained everything very clearly and asked if I have any questions before the procedure. I liked the warmth and professionalism of the Sutton branch. The place is very comfortable and beautifully maintained.I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

A very professional opticians. The store is clean and smart and uncluttered. My appointment with the optometrist Gaz was easy and eye test results clearly explained.

I’ve always visited the more popular eye opticians because those are heavily advertised. The day I walked into Leighton was the best decision and I’m pleased with the care and attention I got throughout the whole service. They were very patient in making sure I didn’t miss my appointment.
