Very poor value for money
Ok initial service and eye test, but the sunglasses I got were dreadful value for money, as I got tricked by the interest free credit! Having subsequently found out about friend’s bad experiences, with Leightons in Winchester, I definitely wouldn’t go back.

Excellent service!
visited Martha the Audiologist at Leightons in Winchester for a small ear procedure. Martha was extremely professional and obviously knows her area of expertise well. She was also very approachable and friendly. She took time to explain what was happening in the procedure in a kind and gentle way. Even though she must get asked the same questions over and over each day - she showed no impatience with the questions I asked.
Martha is a credit to your organisation and I wish more people dealing with customers around Winchester were more like her. The other 2 staff at Leightons on Friday afternoon were also great. Thankyou!

I had a superb eye examination with explanations. The person who helped me select my lenses and frames also gave good explanations about the differences in products. I did not feel rushed or pressured. The premises were bright and clean. Even the staff who were not seeing me looked up in a friendly way and I saw them cooperating in various ways. A good team

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, very friendly and welcoming customer service. The optician was highly professional and helped make me feel at ease, identified my needs and explained clearly the outcome. The team helped me identify the right glasses for me without any pressure, giving me time to make the right decision. From start to finish it felt seamless. I would not hesitate to return to Leightons in Winchester.

Top marks for care!
My mother is 93, and her optician took a lot of care checking her vision (near, medium and far) and making practical suggestions on how to enable her to see better. The young man downstairs checked and altered two of her glasses so that they fitted better. Everyone was professional and very caring.

Very personal service!
Have been going to Leighton’s for 35 years. I went to collect my new glasses on the morning I left for holiday. As luck would have it, the morning delivery had not arrived. But when the team realised my disappointment one of them left work early and provided a private delivery right to my door. Fab service from the Winchester team - thank you!
