The staff is knowledgeable
The staff is knowledgeable, careful and extremely considerate. Their explanation of the eye examination was comprehensible. There is a good range of spectacles. I felt as though I was dealt with as an individual and I was listened to.

Mr Panesar and the team at Leightons were amazing.
My Panesar identified the cause of my sight issues as a Cataract to my left eye. The examination was thorough and he took the time to explain the procedure in detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service whatsoever! Everyone involved was extremely helpful. Thank you.

Real service
Coming from The Netherlands i wondered how I could have my Lindberg eyeglasses repaired in the UK. I was lucky that Dan from Leighton opticians helped me with a professional repair on the spot. All was done without waiting and on top free of charge. Many thanks Dan, this what we in the Netherlands call SERVICE.

Went in for dry eye treatment and assessment, advice given was very professional and after some of the treatment, eyes felt so much better afterwards.

Leightons - Simply Outstanding!
Leightons in Fleet Hampshire were absolutely amazing from booking to the exam itself. I had to make an emergency appointment for my daughter, the receptionist was incredibly empathetic kind and friendly. Such a rare thing to experience sadly these days but we were made to feel very welcome very cared for and not rushed at all. The receptionist in particular went out of her way to treat us with the kindest manner and what I can only describe as real depth of feeling and she clearly has a huge heart. The optometrist was also extremely patient, and kind and did not rush us at all. She explained every part of the process and took so much time to understand everything my daughter had been experiencing. We had prior experience of a high St optician which was abysmal by comparison. We will now go nowhere else.
