I highly recommend Leightons Opticians Haywards Heath…
I highly recommend Leightons Opticians in Haywards Heath. Staff members Mark and Candice have been outstanding. Due to a difficult health problem of my nickel allergy and facial nerve sensitivity to nose pad pressure, Mark helped me find hypoallergenic glasses with either silicone or plastic nose pads and Candice has found me Stepper titanium glasses with the unusual addition of titanium nose pads. Time will tell if these will help relieve the problem but it was the time and dedication both Mark and Candice have taken and given me that I have most appreciated.

Kind and Friendly Service
I took my glasses, with broken frames, to Leightons at The Avenue, Southampton. I hadn't bought them there but the staff devoted more than half an hour to repairing them. They also gave me a new case, and charged nothing for the whole job. It was a great experience!

I return to Leightons for myself and my son time and again for several reasons. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and listen. The service is very good and I don't get the hard sell on additional scans or products but I do get clear information in what benefits they might have. I always feel reassured of the quality of product when I am purchasing. I would highly recommend Leightons

Excellent service at Leighton's in Poole today, my 1st visit. They were busy when I went in, all staff very professional, polite and helpful. Extremely customer focussed. I felt very reassured and will be returning - I saw Bruce and Eduardo.

Annual eye check Christchurch
I went for my annual eye check to the Christchurch branch and as always I experienced an impressively professional examination by Kimberley. All aspects were explained well with clear assessment of what the level and significance of changes meant. I feel very confident that my sight is being cared for very professionally. The rest of the team were also both friendly and helpful.

Not a good eye test. Optician had too clean lenses she was using, then wondered why I couldn’t see. Said I couldn’t give definite answers Too come back when I wasn’t tired. Really ???? Don’t bother with this company at wood street swindon

Professional unhurried service
I always feel well cared for and time is given freely to answer any questions I have with regards to the care of my eyes. I have dry eyes and had investigated products to help manage the condition but wanted professional advice & guidance. Laura gave me brilliant explanations and encouraged me to take a pathway I had been ignoring. I am now following her guidance and have noticed an improvement already.
