Efficient delivery and collection. Wheelchair exactly as described. Good value for money.

The booking process was very easy. Delivery and collection were on the days selected. It would have been good to have had an approximate time for collection as well as for delivery. Also would have been good to have some instructions for fitting and adjusting the foot rest and leg raiser but we figured it out. The leg raiser wasn’t very adjustable. Good to have breaks on the handles as standard (as well as on the wheels).

We ordered two wheelchairs to use over Christmas for my parents. The wheelchairs were delivered to the holiday lodges a couple of days early which thankfully the reception were fine about. The wheelchairs were clean, looked brand new really and were fairly simple to put together. I will use them again if needed.

Lendocare has been Brilliant. Very supporting and excellent services and equipment. We were renting the wheelchair for several weeks for my dad and my dad liked the wheelchair very much so we decided to purchase the wheelchair which, is a service that was provide after speaking to Customer Services. The transition from renting to buying was easy. We really appreciate the brilliant customer services and support we have received. Thank you once again.

This company publishes no telephone number, business address or details of a resgistred company address on its website. All communciation has to be made via email, to which, despite several attempts over a two-week period, I received no response to genune requests for information options for electric wheelchair hire. A phone number I discovered only by Googling was never answered or picked up. This may be a genuine company, but its complete non-contactability and non-responsiveness fails to demonstrate this - depressing given that its business is centred entirely around servicing access needs within the disability sector.

Exceptional!!!

We hired a wheelchair in May end extended several times. The ordering and extension process was quick and simple and the chair itself was excellent and very easy to assemble and transport. At the end of the hire period collection was arranged and a refund received for unused days very promptly.

Needed a wheelchair after an ankle operation. Didn’t know how long it would be needed, so looked on line and found Lendocare.
