Absolutely delighted with the service from Leodis from the start of the initial meeting to discuss the requirement needed to the fitting and after sales . They have been 1st Class and we have one happy lady who is now able to go upstairs 😀 . Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Stair Lift .

Wish all companies were so easy to deal with

We needed a stairlift in a hurry but couldn't afford a new one, so I began the search for a reconditioned rental on the internet. When I contacted Leodis, I was told I would not find a lower price for the installation of a reconditioned curved stairlift. This turned out to be true.
I was advised that if I could take photographs and send them in, Leodis would probably be able to install the lift in a matter of days. Again, they were true to their word. The workman turned up exactly when expected and even took out a temporary bannister before installing the stairlift. He explained fully how to use it, and did not leave until he was satisfied that my parents were able to use it safely and correctly.
My parents were given a few days to get used to the stairlift before they were they asked for payment.
We found the whole process easy and straightforward. Many thanks for a great service.

From initial contact to installation of stairlift, contact with employees was fantastic. They were informative, polite, reliable. Each giving time to explain products, how to operate.
They were smart, friendly and considerate of situation. Stairlift was fitted in just over week from ordering. No mess.

Great service and product! A friendly and informative visit from Russ ensured that my aunt ordered the right stairlift for her needs and infrastructure. We ordered the lift and it was installed a few days later. My aunt is very happy with her new stairlift.

Great customer service and care. Initial meet to discuss options was very informative the sales guy knew his stuff and was passionate about his work and the company. We didn’t realise what options were available. We decided on hiring a stairlift. This made so much sense because the house is rented . The initial costs and installation maintenance etc included is removal when required. This option suits our needs and gives us peace of mind. Then three days later the stairlift was installed without mess or alterations to the house and it was done with in a short space of time. The engineer was quick, polite and considerate. He also gave us some instruction to show how to operate the stair lift. Have to say the whole process was a pleasant experience.

Efficient and such a knowledgeable and engaging team. Consultation and installation very good. Refreshingly pleasant cost and after sales care and follow up. It was important for us that the installation was easy and non intrusive to limit anxiety, we hardly knew the engineer was there. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Leodis to others.

I am giving you a 5 star rating as your fitter’s were so good leaving absolutely no mess just the fitted stairlift. The lift itself works perfectly and has made a big difference to our lives. I am well impressed, thank you.

Well for me there is ok and there's very good and then there is LEODIS
if you want the best in stair lifts in our opinion this company would be the correct choice

No pressure at all from Russ Pickett just explained options and price . After agreeing on price and type we had stairlift fitted two days later. Would highly recommend this company
