i've been using their lash serum for about 1 or 2 years now and i'm in love with it, one of the first lash serums i've tried and used,
would absolutely recommend it to anyone starting their lash journey
the leor pimple patches i've used work so well and the designs are so cute

Scammers. They delete comments from tonnes of customers asking for help with their orders and don’t respond to emails. The email on DMs doesn’t even exist!! No responses in a week and no attempt to resolve issues. Don’t trust the fake reviews.

Do not buy from this company. They have been holding my money for 60 days for an order that never arrived. I have tried to resolve this privately via email multiple times, but they refuse to respond.
Since they are refusing to be honest or professional, I am taking this public. If you are in the same boat, do not waste your time emailing them—report them directly to Citizens Advice / Trading Standards and contact your bank for a chargeback. Unethical, unprofessional, and shameful behavior.

Ordered a lash serum here. DONT DO IT IF YOURE OUTSIDE THE UK. I have to pay €35 EXTRA IMPORT COSTS!! I have contacted the customer care several times and it’s been 10 days. I keep getting the same automatic response saying it will take them 1-2 days to respond. ITS BEEN 10 DAYS. Shit customer care. Shit brand. There are a lot better lash serum companies!

I can easily say this is the one of the best lash serums in the game! My lashes used to be short and sparse, but Milly, my ex-lash technician and now CEO of Leor, has come up with an amazing product that actually works. After just TWO weeks of consistent use, there was a drastic and noticeable difference. Even when I don’t use it consistently, my lashes retain their length and health, which is very important to me and what makes it such a versatile product. I use it with lash extensions sometimes, and it doesn’t impact the retention or leave any sort of residue. It’s an amazing serum and I can’t recommend it enough. You’ll be shocked when you see the results for yourself!!
