I have never found a better company to order items for my 15 year old cat Sabrina. Out of the 4 years I've gotten things for her, she's loved 99.9% of them. My last order was a replacement scratch pad for her 2 in 1 bed. She goes through them like crazy! This bed, and many more items, keeps my baby active and feeling young. I

Leaky Cat Fountain - Not Recommended
Should have read the reviews here before I bought there Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain for about $80.00. It leaks from the water level window, so clearly it wasn’t tested before it was sold to me, which is misrepresented at the website. And good luck trying to get them to refund your money. They treat you like a liar if you report a defect. So I’m reporting this transaction to my bank as fraudulent. The company is engaged in international and interstate commerce, imports defective junk made in China, and has multiple addresses, but no phone number, a chat box that doesn’t work, etc. If you love your pets, don’t buy from these people. They can’t be trusted

La seule solution d’échange proposée est un retour à nos frais pour les États Unis. Cet échange me revient aussi cher que les tapis.
Produits provenants de Chine avec une adresse retour seulement aux US, j’aurais mieux fait de m’informer avant de commander sur ce site… je ne recommande pas l’expérience qui frôle l’arnaque.

Just a Dropshipper that ships directly from China
We bought the "Interactive Bird Simulation Cat Toy". The product is fine. Our cat isn't a big fan, but that's normal cat behaviour. My problem with the website is that it's just a dropshipper: the package came directly from China. For me, this fact is not sufficiently communicated and I find that dishonest. I have significant ethical and environmental concerns about dropshipping - and I would not have bought from this company had I been aware. The company's website boasts it's American and European connections with only one small indication on it's "Help Center" that they "primarily ship out packages from our fulfillment centers in the United States, Northern Europe and Asia". As a customer based in Europe, I innocently presumed my order would come from Northern Europe. If you want cheap Chinese stuff (I don't), you could find it much cheaper than here.

Sooo disappointed in this toy
Sooo disappointed in this toy! Love the idea of this toy to keep my 8 month old cat active but the bells and the screw that hold the bell and string in place fall off. Be very careful or your cat will swallow the bell. Also, the feathers come off. Very disappointed!!!! Do not buy unless you want your cat to have an obstruction in his stomach or intestines.

The bell and attachment pieces should remain secure during normal play. If parts are coming loose, that is not acceptable and we understand why that would worry you. We also recommend always supervising interactive play, especially with younger cats.

I received the wrong item. Turns out it's shipped from China. Then I received another water fountain but it was faulty. At this point I just wanted to return it, which took so many messages. Then they told me I have to send it to America. They sell themselves as a Scandinavian company, but nothing seems to be Scandinavian about them. Worse idea to buy this fountain from them
