Lara and the team have made it so easy for me to shop with them, its unreal.
When I ordered a wrong sized ring, I messaged Lara and explained my situation to her. She then arranged a home collection with Royal mail to collect it from me.
The item was then picked up from my home address on the agreed day, and a couple of days later - I received the exchanged ring in a different size/ the size that was needed.
Hassel free, quick and so so easy.

Today, I have asked her if I could exchange a bracelet that I bought, for an anklet instead.
I got an email back, more or less straight away saying that this was fine.
As soon as Lara realised that it was for me, I got an email back asking me if a home collection for Thursday would be suitable for me.

The service is and has been absolutely impeccable.
Lara and the team go above and beyond for their customers and it is one of the many reasons why I keep coming back as a returning customer, and will continue to do so.
