Piece of junk. Does not blow cold, is not an AC unit. Tried to return it and they wanted $300 to ship it back to China. It’s a scam. PayPal was not helpful for me. Not happy. Buyer beware… They are a joke

This is an scam they advertise this product as an portable air conditioner and this is not true and a powerful fan not true either, this is just a fan of 60 cfm or less with and electrical resistance to heat a little be not cooling at all. I just bought one and when I tried to return it they say yes but I have to pay for the shipping to send it back to china probably more than the equipment cost. Don’t buy or believe what they said and PayPal was not helpful at all they just said if I don’t returned it they can’t keep the claim they don’t returned the warranty either don’t waste your money on this believe me.

This appliance IS NOT AS ADVERTISED!
It is a cheap heater and IS NOT AN AIR CONDITIONER as advertised.
Also I have had no reply as far a return and others that have tried to return have had no luck as it costs over $300.00 to ship and they will not cover this cost even though the ad says full refund available.

If I had a choice for ZERO stars I would choose that. This product is advertized as an air-coditioner. It even shows a powerful BLAST of cold air coming out in the add. This product is simply a HEATER. It does have a fan only option, but it does not coool the air and the blower is less powerful than a little hand held fan you can buy at the dollar store. This is a complete SCAM. Do not waste your money on this product. I have tried to return but the cost to ship is $250, and company will not pay to return it even though they say money back guarantee in their ad. They will not return your money and will not even pay to ship it back.

I purchased 2 air conditioners. The box says air conditioner. Inside was a heater. They gave a return address. It costs $200 to return and they refuse to pay for the return. Scammers. Do not waste your money.

I purchased two wall A/C units from them for just under $300.00 and they shipped them to me. The package itself states that they are heaters. I opened one and they are indeed heaters with a fan option. They are no A/C units as advertised. I contacted them so I could return them and they said yes and gave me an address in China - Fed Ex could not find the address in China and found one that was close and said it would cost me over $300.00 to ship this back to China - so I asked them to cover the shipping and my request was declined. So I would also recommend tat you do not buy from this company as they outright misrepresent their products as well as their return policy is a joke. They would have me pay shipping that costs more then the refund they would give me even though they have false advertising on the sites they use.
