AI generated pictures. The dress ordered was described as 80% off! It was shimmery and lined. The dress that, eventually arrived weeks later, arrived was cheap and unlined!
The cost to return, to China, not London or Netherlands, was horrendous and the post office could not recognise the address to post it. I settled for a 30% refund which was the equivalent of posting back to China!
To be fair, communication and refund was easy and straightforward but I am out of pocket with a dress only fit for jumble!

I placed order \#2392 on 3 September 2026 for a Cornelia Maxi Dress in Black / XL, but the item never arrived\. Although the order appears to have been marked as delivered, I did not receive the dress and have not been provided with satisfactory proof of delivery\.

I contacted customer service on 12 September for an update and received a response on 15 September asking me to confirm the delivery address before they would investigate\. The communication has been slow and unclear, and I am still waiting for the tracking details, courier information and proof of delivery I requested\.

I hope Les Fleurs resolves this matter promptly by providing verifiable delivery evidence or issuing a full refund\. Until then, I would advise customers to exercise caution and carefully consider using this company\.

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Be Careful Before Ordering

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this shop. The business gave the impression that it was based in London, but I later discovered that it was actually operating from China. I feel this was misleading and that the information about the business location was not made clear.

The dress I received was far too big, and I have been left out of pocket with no money refunded. The whole experience has been frustrating and upsetting, especially when you expect a professional service and a straightforward returns process.

Based on my experience, I would advise other customers to be very careful before placing an order. Make sure you check the company’s actual location, returns policy, and refund terms before spending your money.

I also sent poor quality clothing back to china with a view to a full refund but just like other people, the goods got stuck in china customs. I have not heard anything since and am out of pocket by about £75.

I would leave NIL STARS if I could. As the other people leaving reviews have said, the whole arrangement is a total scam and a big con.

The so-called 30-day returns guarantee is farcical. Unless you send the goods back to China at your own expense in order to get the 100% refund, you get offered a 10% or at most 25% refund and keep the goods. The company's name - Les Fleurs London - suggests they're based in London or at best, Amsterdam, but this is a cover-up as the goods come from China. My parcel got lost en route - or stuck in China customs, so Les Fleurs have refused to honour the 100% guarantee so I'm £150 out of packet, and have nothing to show for it. Their messages say they believe the matter is resolved... really???

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They use other company names as well, so beware.

Don’t waste your money. Dress arrived eventually from China and looks nothing like online video. Tried to return, offered 10% refund, then 20% to retain. Went to post to return and costs £26 via Royal Mail.

I have to give them a star to submit, but NO STARS really. The blouse I received was not like the photo . The colours were gaudy and the fabric quite different from the photo. I was offered a 25% refund to keep, or I could send it to China at my own expense. I thought they were in London. The company is Les Fleurs London but operate from an address in the Netherlands. They send gushingly polite and insincere emails and take no responsibility.
