This so called company are absolutely USELESS !!! They are acting on behalf of Bargate homes (also an incompetent company!) we have been told by Bargate that we have to make contact through their solicitor. Good luck to anyone who has the misfortune of being in the same situation as me and my wife ! They REPEATEDLY ignore emails, I have sent so many emails, without any response at all. Solicitors are supposed to act impartially, however this company thinks that they don’t have to. The only email we have received in response is ‘we are waiting for our client to respond’ ABSOLUTE JOKE of a company !!

Natasha Mallett was fantastic. She is so proactive, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I was recommended her by my parents who also had an excellent experience.

We instructed Vaishali roughly 6 weeks prior to the stamp duty deadline, asking for her assistance in trying to beat the tax changes. My wife, your immediate client, never received any of the callbacks or information required to deliver the most basic of services you were meant to deliver, subsequently I was asked to speak on her behalf. My good friend was your other client in the matter, who because of your useless behaviour, lack of attention to any detail and repeated incompetence, also asked me to speak on his behalf. Your team are unbearable. It's like dealing with a bunch of clueless ludite jobsworth students. No attention to detail, no sense of urgency even after they make a stream of mistakes, repeated incompetence. I do not recommend Lester Aldridge for any legal requirments and would suggest to anyone reading this to stay well away. So many of their "positive" reviews from accounts with 1 review.
