Kreta. Da die Vouchers laut AGB nur bestimmte Zahlungsmethoden zulassen wurden wir zu einer doppelten Versicherung gedrängt. Aus unserer Sicht eine Betrugsmasche der in den 30 Minuten in denen wir vor Ort waren gleich 3 weitere Buchungen zum Opfer gefallen sind. Am Ende wurde der Mietpreis von jedem spontan verdoppelt.

Autovettura molto vecchia con molti chilometri percorsi, circa 143000 alla consegna. Consegnata con 2/8 di serbatoio, quindi è stato necessario fare subito rifornimento. Molti graffi e danni sullla carrozzeria, molto lungo il tempo di consegna per segnarli tutti e fare foto. Alla riconsegna abbiamo notato un danno che non era segnato in consegna, poi verificatane l'esistenza in noleggio precedente,

Una nota positiva va al servizio navetta gestito da una persona si nome Achis, molto gentile e disponibile.

J'ai l'habitude de louer des voitures dans le monde entier, je les conduis comme mon propre véhicule et fais attention à la rendre dans le meilleur état possible. Je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes jusqu'à aujourd'hui avec Carwiz/ let's drive (même agence) . Déjà à la prise de véhicule, la jeune fille était aussi aimable qu'une surveillante de pénitentier, même sentiments d'ailleurs d'autres personnes rencontrées et qui ont eu à faire à elle. Aujourd'hui, je viens de prendre 800 € pour un sois disant impact dans le pare brise. Une honte ! Nous n'avons jamais roulé sur autre chose que des routes et on s'en serait aperçu ! Malheureusement sur les photos prises au départ, du fait d'un reflet, impossible de prouver la présence de l'éclat. Évidemment, aucun effort du personnel, ni pour être aimable, ni pour se faire comprendre. Honteux ! Loueur a éviter absolument.

Through Discovercars.com I have signed a car rental agreement with you in Zakynthos. When making a reservation, I took into account the customers' assessment. This one was good. Above 8.0. On the spot, however, it turned out that the landlord is a completely different company - Carwiz. On the Internet, he has a tragic rating - 2.7. I would never make a reservation in such a place.

He feels cheated. Because Carwizin opinions and my personal experience is terrible. The employee, Konsylia Gouda, should stop working with clients. She is not at all fit for it. It compiles simple cases terribly - both in our case and in the people who picked up the car in front of us.

In addition, the car is ready for collection an hour later than I ordered and paid for. I ordered from 15.30 being used to the fact that the car is already waiting for me. Here I got an hour later!

The issuing employee replied to my comments - lying that I was late. I have all this recorded.

They have repeatedly tried to sell me the insurance that I already have.

I was given a car that had a different registration number on the contract and a different one in reality.

I don't know why I repeatedly emphasise that before returning the car I have to return the cleaned inside and outside. This is not in the contract. So the question is what is it about?

General impression: you rent a car in a place that wants to pull you.

I do not accept such practises that omit the customer when changing the service provider.

Non li abbiamo trovati all’arrivo in aeroporto come diversamente indicato. Hanno poi molto insistito per farci acquistare la loro assicurazione quasi minacciandoci nonostante noi avessimo già la copertura totale con Discover. Alla riconsegna la dipendente ci ha addebitato 290€ per un puntino invisibile, dopo aver chiamato la Polizia per denunciare la truffa il prezzo è diventato 209. È una vera e propria truffa e consiglio a tutti di non prenotare con loro e con Carwizz perchè sono gli stessi. Ladri Truffatori.

We rent a car with them in Zante and it is a total scam!!!
They did non come to pick us up in the airport and have us wrong information. Once there they almost forced us to add a total coverage with the but as We already had it with Discover We refused.
When we gave back the car they went straight to the bottom of the car and pretended there was a scrach there which was not even visible and wanted to charge us 290€ extra!!!
We felt it was a total fraud and called the Police.
To make it short they changed the charge from 290€ to 209€ but we had to pay as Police could only make a report about it but nothing else.
This company in Zante has different names, they are also Carwiz so would reccommend you not to book with both of them!!!

A fuir. Location de voiture annulée sans explication et sans être averti au préalable. Une honte. Nous nous sommes retrouvés a Athènes a 23h sans voiture de location alors que nous avions réservé depuis plusieurs mois. La seule chose qu'on a trouvé a nous dire quand on a voulu récupérer la voiture je n'ai pas de location a votre nom sans chercher une solution !

Haben an der Mietstation am Flughafen in Chania bei Fahrzeugrückgabe zusätzliche Gebühren für eine Fahrzeugreinigung verlangt, obwohl das Fahrezug bei Rückgabe nicht siginifikant verschmutzt war. Lediglich etwas Staub nach 10 Tagen Mietzeit (z.B. durch täglichen Sahara-Staub in der Luft )

Sehr zu empfehlen. Freundlich & flexibel. Mit den Fahrlehrern habt ihr eine sehr gute Ausbildung für die Prüfungen.

Ich kann die Fa. Lets Drive nicht empfehlen, wir haben vergangene Woche ein Mietauto über die Homepage gebucht. Bei Abholung hatte ich die Kreditkarte dabei aber die PIN vergessen. Eine Buchung über die Karten Nr. mit dreistelligem Sicherheitscode und Unterschrift. war nicht möglich. Das Geschäft kam nicht zu Stande und laut AGB konnte ich das Geld 70€ auch nicht mehr zurückbekommen, da Stornierung >24h ... Alles sehr ärgerlich und nicht verständlich da nicht kompromissbereit !

Do not waste your money on them. Staff have a poor and rude attitude. We booked a van for 8 people and up to 12 suitcases and they arrived with a taxi van fitting half of the suitcase, we only had a total of 7 suitcases, and they did not fit.
Upon our arrival the driver was supposed to meet us at the arrival lobby holding up a sign with the booking person’s name on it (as they said they would do via text message). That did not happen. We had to search for our driver, who was like 15 minutes late. When he finally arrived, we told him that we ordered a bigger vehicle, and all of our stuff would not fit. He did not care and got an attitude about it making it seem like I should have booked 2 vehicles instead of one. Well, why would I do that if the vehicle was described as fitting 8 people and 12 suitcases when I already knew we did not have that many suitcases. Then he called his boss, and he also caught an attitude saying we should have booked two. I explained to him that his description of the vehicle is incorrect, which is not my fault. Instead of trying to find a solution he threatened to just cancel my airport transport all together. We ended up getting another taxi and ended up paying another 100 Euros for a taxi.
To top it off this incompetent driver did not help putting any luggage into the vehicle and kept rushing us to get into the vehicle, which started pissing me off. Coming to find out this company is so cheap, they paid for 10-minute parking only, that is why the driver did not meet us in the arrival lobby as promised and that is why he kept rushing us. We ended up going over the 10-minute parking and the driver had to pay another 5 Euros for parking, which he ended up making me pay. I was not going to give him that money since they screwed us over, but it was not worth my energy to argue with him over 5 Euros.
This company purposely sent a small taxi so that we would have to get another one. That way we would pay double the amount. If we had not had 2 small children with us, I would have canceled the serves on the spot.
Do yourself a favor and do not hire them, they are rude, incompetent, unprofessional company.

Fuyez des voleurs je vous conseille de louer à l aéroport bien plus sympathique et pas des voleurs comme eux fuyez a absolument éviter

I wish I had read the reviews before we rented a car from this company. We booked the car from home, but was forced to pay for extra insurance, since we only had a debit card to pay for the car rental. They assured us, that everything would be covered in case of damage. Yet upon returning the car they claimed we had a minor damage to the wind shield that wasn't covered by the insurance. They charged us 200 € for that!

First of all‚ they accept nothing but credit card. Even if you have paid the full amount with debit card‚ they want to reserve €1000 on your personal credit card. The only way around this‚ is to instead purchase their own "full coverage" package‚ which is not fully covering anyway. When you return the car‚ they will find damages you didn't cause‚ and they didn't properly note‚ when you picked up the car. They will then insist on insane explanations of why full coverage doesn't cover whatever they make up.

Ne louer jamais cher eux !!!!!!!!!!!!
Il mon obliger à payer une assurance tout risque pour que je puisse prendre la voiture (180€) alors que j’avais déjà payer pour cette assurance GROSSE ESCROQUERIE!!!
Pour au final avoir une voiture complètement défoncé de partout!!!!!

Avoid at all cost, they are cheap to rent but try every trick in the book to scam you on return. We unfortunately got charged for a scratch/ dent which wasn’t even there
