We had Emma dealing with our holiday and even though we were unable to go on holiday due to other reasons emma was very patient understanding and flexible. She helped making tailored packages according to our requirements and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend having her as agent for your holiday with letsflynow.

Excellent Service – Highly Recommended!
We had a wonderful experience with Let’s Fly Travel Agency, and I would especially like to appreciate Michael for his exceptional support in arranging our trip.
Initially, we had a lot of doubts and were quite hesitant and nervous about proceeding with the booking. However, Michael was incredibly patient, professional, and reassuring. He communicated everything very clearly and took the time to answer every single question and clarify all our concerns.
What impressed me the most was his dedication—he even spent extra time with me, patiently explaining every detail and making sure I felt completely comfortable and confident before moving forward. He never rushed us and was always approachable and supportive throughout the process.
Michael is truly a gem and a great asset to Let’s Fly! His excellent communication, patience, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
A huge thank you to Michael and the entire Let’s Fly team for the outstanding service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip!

I planned a last minute holiday in…
I planned a last minute holiday in August with my family . We tried doing it ourselves but due to the time of month everything seemed to be expensive. We came across this company whilst looking for a package holiday. Mike was the one helping us with the holiday package and omg he was God sent. The amount of time and effort Mike has put into creating our package was unbelievable. We asked him to make changes many times and he did not complain once and made sure he gave us the best deal possible. His communication was excellent and he always updated us . Honestly Mike went above and beyond with his service and at the end gave us an excellent package with an amazing price . So much so that another company thought it was a scam . I can’t thank him enough. We are looking forward to going to our holiday in August since everything is now booked and confirmed. Thank you Mike . We will definitely be calling him for all our future holidays plans.

Emma George sorted our dream holiday to Japan and the Maldives
Emma George helped to plan our dream 19 days holiday to Japan and the Maldives. She was patient, understanding and listened to our needed throughtout, even at times when we were unsure or confused, she was always helpful and positive with options.
She also appreciated that whilst we wanted a fantastic holiday we needed to balance it costs, which she did without a fuss even when we asked her to change things or comeback with alternatives. We would thoroughly recommend Letsflynow and Emma.
