I don’t normally write reviews, but on this occasion I really felt I needed to.

A huge thank you to Brett Benjamin at Letslease Car Leasing Limited for providing an absolutely amazing service from start to finish.

From the initial conversations and helping us choose the perfect car, to securing a fantastic price and keeping us updated throughout the whole process, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The delivery of our new car was seamless and exactly as promised.

Brett went above and beyond to make the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Excellent communication, outstanding customer service, and genuinely someone who cares about getting the best deal for his customers.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Brett was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to get everything sorted for me.

There were a couple of issues with the delivery and the cleanliness of the car when it arrived, but Brett handled everything professionally and genuinely cared about getting everything resolved. He worked hard, responded promptly, even outside normal hours, and made sure the issues were dealt with properly.

The Kia Sportage itself is great, and what really stood out was the level of customer service. Brett turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one. I’ve already referred a family member to the company, which says a lot about the confidence I have in them.

I would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service, genuine support, and a company that really looks after its customers.

I can not fault the service from Brett and Christina, got kept up to date and being my first lease i had my worries but they were brilliant from start to finish would definitely recommend and use again.

Lets lease do a great job and make getting a leased car a smooth time .will use again

Had a slight issue with the first person we dealt with 'Sophia', who was in the midst of leaving the business. Once i had discussed the situation with Brett he promptly acted, took control and sorted the car out without any major hiccups, the financier used issued the wrong documents twice but between Brett and Jake they resolved everything promptly. I have had the car for close to a month now and really happy with it.

Was given some decent quotes and decided to go ahead with one
With in a few hours I recieved a call telling me sorry but that deal is no longer available but they would sort something out
They came back with a heavily increased deal saying its the dealers fault
If im given a quote I expect it to be in good faith and the company should honour the quote they provided and not try ripping me off by hundreds of pounds
In response to there reply the quote was offerd on friday then offered a better deal on the monday which swayed me to accept then a few hrs later the deal wasn't available so it wasn't left over the weekend but only a few hours in-between

Great Service
Brett was great at helping with how much it would cost but also keeping me updated, even when there were delays (not due to them) but acted quickly to resolve them. The business will be using them again.

Excellent service and communication from Brett during the whole process , all went smoothly and excellent handover. Would highly recommend.
