I recently published my debut poetry collection with lettertec. The process was completely new to me and Jennifer explained everything thoroughly and was very understanding and accommodating as I'm not a full time writer but work full time as a nurse and busy Mother of 3. Everything was clear, efficient and I'm delighted with my finished book. Overall I was very happy and kept up to date with everything, they also did beautiful fliers for my recent book launch which were of a very high quality.
