We have placed multiple ink orders for our ID printer and every time I speak with Blake Rosenzweig over the phone, he is very friendly and helpful. He is very efficient in emailing us the receipt for the order and us receiving our package on time.

The sales person I was originally dealing with never indicated that they were leaving the company, and took forever with responses. It eventually got better after that, but it took almost a whole week to get an order in.

I was setting up a new account for our company. Ed Marut was extremely helpful with that. Also, getting tax exemption add to our account, along with removing the tax from an order.

It started out a little rocky as our previous sales rep had left during the quote process, but we quickly were able to get back on track with John Howell assisting us. I am grateful for his timely responses and understanding our needs. As a valued customer for more than 10 years, we truly expect the best pricing available!

Process of ordering was very good the only issue from my side is that the dispatch of the items was not unit over a week after order. This may have been due to paying from overseas although I paid on card (I think I must have gone through an agent) I was under the impression the items would be sent directly and had to follow up with the agent for tracking number. So not really Levata's fault it is just that I had a client hanging at this end in Australia.
