I had Lex Blinds fitted last week 28-5-2022 in 2 of my bedrooms and the result was outstanding. The fitter’s name was Aiden and he was so professional and efficient and very genuine. He was also very polite and he respected my house. He had a little problem on the second window but in minutes he was able to continue the work like a true professional. He tidied up after all the work was done and he took away my old blinds which was a bonus. I am very happy with my new blinds. They are really good quality and great value for money.

I would definitely recommend Lex Blinds to all my family and friends.

I ordered shutters from Lex Blinds back in December and they advised there was a 16 week wait time which was fine.
I was regularly kept updated and had my shutters fit on the weekend. The measurements were perfect, the fitting inc in the cost, the guy cleaned up and took away all rubbish and my old blinds so I was very impressed. The shutters look sleek, are easy to use and they were well worth the cost and wait, also providing more insulation for my windows!
Will definitely be returning for more blinds/shutters in the future.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this I believe is very well deserved. Just wanted to thank the Lex Blinds for the great service that they provided. It was just all easy and professional right from the start. A girl from office was really organised, calling me ahead of appointments checking that the time was still convenient etc, the guy who came with all his samples (sorry, can’t remember his name!) he was so patient with me as I could not decide which product to choose at first and then was very indecisive on the fabric! He was just great and his advice really helped me choose lovely curtains, he was friendly, funny, yet very professional. When the work was done, what really surprised me was how clean they left the place, not only that they wore those special slippers on their shoes, they hoovered and checked with me that I was not only happy with the work but also that it was clean enough after the work was finished (there was some drilling etc, so they cleaned the dust etc). I already sent the team a thank you card (I know, just was that impressed), but really wanted to praise them on this platform and to recommend them. Thank you once again, lovely experience.

Even when we had to have a newly fitted blind taken down due to a new wardrobe being put in, they came afterwards and put it back up at no extra cost - despite us offering to pay.

I am very happy with the quality of the blinds and the service that I received from Lex Blinds.
The showroom is welcoming and Sharon at the desk was very helpful. She kept me in the loop from start to finish.
The blinds were measured accurately and fit perfectly and the staff member who came round to put them up did a very good job. The fitting was included in the price of the blinds and I thought it was a very reasonable price. My old blinds were even taken away and I wasn't expecting that.
I don't need any more blinds at the moment but if I do in the future, this is where I will go. I will also recommend them to any neighbours/friends who are looking to buy blinds in the future.

Honestly a pleasure from start to finish. I got the blinds done for the whole house. Everyone from Lex was very professional and helpful. Had a small issue with some blinds this was a manufacture fault. Not Lex blinds I should mention, however a replacement was ordered and fitted with no issues. Big thank you to Steve, Paul and everyone else from Lex including fitters that done a clean job when fitting. Have recommended to all my family and friends. Well done Lex blinds

Do not trust the company.
Poor customer service, poor workmanship, poor quality of products.

We experienced a number of issues, dents and gaps in fascia, slanted fittings, faulty blind weights, broken motors etc. The workers even left dirt marks on the brand new blinds and damaged our walls. They could not even cut the fascia accurately.

When you request the faulty blinds to be replaced or the fascia to be fixed (large gaps).and take some time to get back to them they force you to pay the balance by calling upon a debt collector. So unprofessional.

Booked in for an estimator to come round for a patio and window blinds. He was very helpful and gave us advice and good ideas. The problem we had was the staff in the shop were not of the same standard. On three occasions they were meant to call, or EMail us, but failed to do so. We went back to the shop on two occasions, but gave up the third time. It was a shame beause we like to support local shops.

Helpful advice. Lex Blinds tracked down the right equipment for my needs. And they responded to technical queries promptly when we were installing.

We are very happy with the service and the items we've bought. The staff are friendly so a very big thank you from my husband and me. We'll definitely recommend you.
