My partner and I want to give Tom at Lexion Mortgage Advisors a huge thank you for all the help in us getting our first home.

Firstly, Tom was invaluable in helping us with an AIP to be able to go out and seriously look for a house. One quick message to query and a form later we had the evidence to show what we needed and could go looking within 48 hours of initial query to Tom.

Once we got to the nitty gritty, Tom advised and coached us through the whole mortgage process and supported us with things we had no knowledge and experience of before such as life insurance, solicitors, Estate agents etc.

He made himself available through various means and more often than not was contactable anytime. Tom was also not forceful with his communication and even took into account and understood when we were in work or away and was unable to respond to certain things at certain times. He also liaised with third parties on our behalf including those mentioned above to aid in our success.

Finally, Tom and the Lexion team were the first people to welcome us to our new home with a lovely gift hamper which was a complete surprise. Overall Tom was friendly, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and I’d recommend him for anything mortgage related. I have no doubt we will be back in touch with him in the future for further help and advice.

Would highly recommend. As a first-time buyer we had so many questions that were always answer promptly by Carl. Anything we needed was accounted for and they were so helpful with everything. Thomas is absolutely amazing. From the agreement in principle, right up to the completion, he was just sorting everything out and took so much of the stress away! Very responsive to messages, never had to chase him once which was very reassuring. I was always kept updated with what was going on.
