Great comfortable place
I always go here for paints & actually any diy product the service is so good! The staff are friendly & I always feel comfortable. As an older woman in the decorating shops I can get anxious as I don’t know much about the tools/paints/sandpapers etc but the staff here are super helpful & knowledgeable.

I rarely leave reviews but I just have give a shout out to this branch, (Finchley RD)
The service is is 2nd to none and team are super friendly, I am on 1st name basis with all of them which makes the shopping experience that much better, although leylands is abit more expensive, I do find myself going out my way to shop in this branch.
Jenna always makes me aware of all the deals that are going on, which I really appreciate.

I was impressed that they had the CT1 Power Grab and Zinsser Gardz in stock when a certain online retailer couldn’t deliver them quickly enough.

Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Tariq saved me after a week of searching for the right product. He was patient, helpful, professional and took the time to talk me through my options so that I got exactly what I needed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. A huge thank you. When I came back to buy the product after trying the samples, the staff were delightful and incredibly helpful.

I bought a fan online
I bought a fan online , been there with code and they told me that the code wasn’t there. They gave it to me in the end anyway, the after 1 hour I wanted a refund and return it as it was a very bad fan but they told me that it wasn’t possible and to contact the customer service which I did but till today, 2 weeks , nobody answered
