Buyer Beware: Bad Return Policy, Poor Fabrics, Don't Post Negative Reviews
Tl;dr:
- Poor fitting clothes
- Material pills easily
- Won't give 100% refund
- My negative reviews were never posted
The saga began when I tried to buy one of their sweatshirts. I liked the material, but thought it was very ill-fitting (ran 3 sizes too big, boxy, weird neckline). I wrote a neutral review (3/5), verified my email, and requested a refund. They do not give a 100% refund, even if the item is unworn with tags still attached. My options were to take about 80% of what I paid, take store credit, or to exchange for a different item. I exchanged for a different top. I had the same issues: I like the fabric, but the fit was terrible (lumpy neckline, ran large, etc.). At this point, I took the hit, and just wanted to recoup my losses with a partial refund. I wrote a overall negative (but constructive and fair) review (2/5 stars) with an additional lost star due to their return policy. I uploaded photos, and confirmed my email to verify my purchase. Neither of those reviews were ever posted. This suggests to me that they are intentionally suppressing negative reviews on their website.
Fast forward a few weeks, I bought an set from Leze The Label from a second-hand group, which was new with tags. I've worn the set a handful of times, and gently washed / air dried them as instructed. These items crease like crazy throughout the day and pill after a few wears. I have no idea how they are charging this much money given the lack of longevity of these fabrics.
My overall experience has been poor. Both the integrity of the company, and the longevity of the materials is questionable. Simply put, this company is not worth the money.
