Rob installed a walk-in shower for us, and we’re extremely satisfied with the outcome. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and delivered high-quality workmanship throughout. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. We would gladly use his services again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

We have used Rob repeatedly over the past decade and the fact we won't use anybody else says a lot in itself particularly with how fussy we are!
My wife and I hired Rob to dismantle our old bathroom and install a new one including all the plumbing and updating that needed to go with it.
At the time we were a bit worried that it wouldn't be possible to do the way we wanted it as we had limited space, not only did Rob manage to give us the exact layout and bathroom we wanted he also suggested and implemented several improvements.
He did all this quickly and efficiently to an extremely high quality where a lot of tradesmen either wouldn't have been able to do it or would not have been able to do it to the high level at which it was done. The added bonus was the extremely fair price we were charged for the high level of work provided.
Ever since we have always used Rob
for various heating and plumbing requirements. He is quick to respond to requests and is always clear and transparent about his work, as well as providing honest information and advice.
The biggest compliment I can give Rob is that we can (and do) happily allow him in to our home without us being here as we have that level of trust in him. Thanks for all the past and ongoing work.

We have used Rob on a few occasions and we wouldn't turn to anyone else now. He fitted a couple of radiators in our house, the job was completed promptly. The house was left clean. He is professional and competent. Will be using him for any future work.

I first contacted Rob when my boiler stopped working at Christmas, and I had been let down by another company. He was extremely prompt in getting back to me and fixing the problem. When I later had a separate issue with my boiler, I had no hesitation in contacting him again. Same excellent and polite service. There was an issue with the combi boiler. I had a referal for Rob from one of the gym members.
Rob was prompt in calling out, at the time he said he would, established what part needed replacing, has messaged when he had the part and came to fit it.
I've found Rob reliable, professional, focused at what he was doing.
More like him are needed in other trades as well.

A few months back, we hired LFM Plumbing & Heating to install a new sink, WC, and do some small tiling fittings in our new house. Just a few days ago, we noticed a serious leak in our ground floor toilet window and ceiling. Upon a non-professional visual inspection, it was evident the issue had been ongoing for quite some time.

I immediately emailed Rob, attaching pictures of the problem and requesting his urgent assistance. He promptly called me to discuss the issue and assess its urgency. Remarkably, within 15 minutes, Rob was at our door at around 8:45 PM.

In his usual professional manner, he spent about 90 minutes identifying and addressing the problem. He returned early the next morning to finish the job and ensure everything was sorted. Later, Rob sent us a video proving the leak was due to the shoddy work of a previous plumber, not his own.

Despite this, Rob didn't charge us a penny. This isn't the first time we've received such stellar service from him. While I was unhappy that he didn’t accept payment for this visit, it's a testament to his professionalism and integrity. His work is always top-notch, and his pricing is very reasonable. I trust Rob and LFM Plumbing and Heating implicitly; he's a true gem among tradesmen, committed to excellent customer service and fair dealings.

Rob is fantastic at what he does. He's been doing our annual boiler service and a few other bits and bobs since last four years and i'd definitely recommend him. He's easily reachable and responsive.
