Do everything to stop you leaving broker arranged scheme to direct with Health Insurer. Very very difficult to deal with when they are loosing business.

I had contacted the company to find out how to transfer my health insurance deductions to my pension following my retirement. The last I dealt with was so helpful and made the process very easy. She even called me after my retirement to ensure that I had all of the required information and that the transfer was successful.

Excellent service. I had an issue with my Health Insurance deduction not transferring to my pension. Able to pay the arrears quickly over the phone and set up the deduction going forward. All done in a very friendly professional manner

Health ins/travel.insurance.
I spoke to 2 staff members today. One in relation to my health insurance and one in relation to travel insurance. Both were extremely friendly and most helpful. Everything was explained to me in detail. Overall very satisfied.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful, knew what she was talking about and was able to give me all the information I needed and provide additional information. She was quick and concise and did not put me under any pressure to complete the policy renewal, offering to call me back next week. However, I was very satisfied and completed the policy renewal there and then. All documents were emailed to me almost immediately. Very happy and I have recommended to other colleagues. Thank you
