Do everything to stop you leaving broker arranged scheme to direct with Health Insurer. Very very difficult to deal with when they are loosing business.
When I got my phone call for my renewal, the guy who phoned me was not very helpful, I would hope not to speak with him again .

Every year my renewal comes to me I end up checking HIA website and finding out that I could be paying less.
