@Liam hotel in Victoria Falls. The photos are deceiving. The pool is only about 10ft x 4ft.
This is where you are served breakfast.
It’s usually been heated up in a microwave. The toast was always cold. I asked for either almond or soy milk and was handed a carton of chocolate almond milk to have with my breakfast.
The rooms are clean but average. Don’t understand how it got such a high rating.
We stayed for 4 nights. But we were mucked around.
The first day we arrived at 1pm and were told we couldn’t stay at the @Liam, they were fumigating for bugs. ( I’m wondering what type of bugs)
We were sent to another hotel where we had to wait in the morning for their driver to pick us up to go out for breakfast. Then we had to wait for their driver to com and collect us to then check into the @Liam. We lost the afternoon and morning.
The second and third night we heard loud music playing. We were advised the music was coming from an entertainment pub that plays loud music until 2am Friday & Saturday nights.
But the last night was a nightmare.
The @Liam hosted another 22 people into 3 rooms. The people spoke very loudly until 4.30am .
We called the security guard 2 times and also the manager at 12.30am and again 1.30am. They didn’t stop the constant noise.
We were awoken at 6am. We tried to book another hotel that night but unfortunately my app only can book the next day. We were never offered any assistance to move hotels.
The staff were understaffed. They are lovely people but stay away from this venue.
I only give it a rating of 5-6

Signed for a 1 year lease at the radium lodge and when we signed were told last month is free as per their promo… well it’s the last month and everyone is lying saying no that was never said. Terrible company and terrible people

Vehicle vandalized with 1 month of living there. Ghetto. False advertising about security on property. Save yourself the trouble just don’t. Totally regret signing a lease here.

We turned to LIAM Restoration during the Fort McMurray flood and I have to say, the dedication LIAM has to their city is truly heartwarming! We were devastated at what happened to our business but LIAM came to our rescue and made all our stress go away. We used LIAM prior to that as well when it came to constructing our business and I have to say, their team is super professional, knowledgeable and committed. Thank you LIAM for the amazing work you have done for me and the city of Fort McMurray!!!
