Amazing company and amazing products. Turn around time was insanely fast, and they are the only company I found that has products made here in the USA. I ordered a product from Liberty Peptides and was charged for two-day priority shipping. However, when I received the product, I realized it was the wrong one. Unfortunately, there’s no phone number available for customers to leave a message. I attempted to contact them twice via phone, but there was no response. I then decided to email the company, and they promptly acknowledged the error and informed me that they would send me the correct product.
I kindly requested that they resend the product overnight since it was a mistake on their part. However, to my dismay, they became upset and canceled my order. They assured me that they would send me a refund, but unfortunately, the refund has not been issued yet. It seems that this company lacks a fundamental understanding of what customer service entails.
Now, I find myself without the money and the product I purchased. This experience has been utterly disappointing and exemplifies the poor quality of customer service that I have encountered.

Sometimes your bank can take a few business days to process it, so if you didn't see it on the 9th, please check up to a week after - but we do have confirmation the refund has been processed by your card.
